I had a timeshare and could no longer afford it due to an adverse financial situation compounded by the pandemic. I tried reaching out to them to let them know my situation but it they were not helpful. I did some research online in the past and based on reviews I decided to reach out to Susan Budows...ki. I contacted Susan because I seen she had a good reputation with helping people get out of their timeshares...I was going thru a struggle of my own with this. Me and my wife are owners at VacationVillage of Parkway and wanted to get out but didnt really know how. Most of the businesses Ive researche...d didnt have a good track record and were linked to scams. I even tried LoneStar Transfer, they advertise a 100% guarantee, but here's what they really do. You contact them and set a time for them to call you, they say they will have an attorney who specializes in timeshares contact you, you talk to that person only to find out its just a person that is trying to close the deal and get your $$$ upfront. On top of that they cant answer any specific questions. Really makes it seem like a pressure sales tactic to get you to commit and start paying/give them 4k. Im good, so then I contacted Susan. Due to my situation she didnt think she would be able to take on my case and win but gave me real simple and fair advice and that I really appreciate because a lot of flks on the other end of this timeshare thing seem like swindlers. So basically what we did was contact them directly and let them know our financial situation after not paying for a year. Situation changed so much that we just couldnt keep up with the $$$ they wanted us to dish out. Thank the gods, we were able to work out a settlement. To anyone out there seeking relief from this, I strongly advise you take action ASAP, the sooner the better, I feel like we got lucky. Im offering this up as help for others that feel like they are trapped, not a nice place to be. Hopefully this helps you find some refuge.

Attorney Susan Budowski was able to pull off the magic in three months! We have been struggling with this Timeshare loan for five years, lost almost $30,000. Never used the timeshare once! We purchased a timeshare years ago and used it regularly, but each year we found ourselves approached for upgrades. The last "upgrade" raised our monthly expense to over $3,000/month.
