After having several consultations and being told sorry unfortunately we cant take your case. I was forced to be my own lawyer. This is how the system is set up to make the employee loose. After almost a year of working my case, I went searching again for an attorney. I met with Melissa and she took ...my case. I could not believe I had heard her correctly. This site also allows me to communicate wirh Melissa and her legal asssistant and is secure enough to also pay any fees that are charged monthly. Melissa is very reasonable with her fees and breaks down on my monthy invoice item by item what she did, how much time spend and the total cost for each item. With this I am always abreast of what she has done on my case and how much I will owe. This makes me comfortable and allows me to trust her with my case and monies spent. If it were not for Melissa, I would have given up on my case a long time ago. I am grateful she decided to take a chance with my case. With her knowledge, skills and professionalism, I am confident she is fighting for me to win my case.

Ms. Mihok took on a very difficult case, fighting against a large government entity. The entire process took 4-5 years and required persistence on her part to make any sort of progress.
