Demonstrated Excellence
I came to Yvette Everhart with a very difficult, multi-faceted predicament. Ms. Everhart was kind and compassionate and she was also very astute asking all the right questions. She provided me with several viable solutions geared toward my ability to carry them out. Ms Everhart gave her recommendation for each solution that she provided, thoroughly advised me of my legal rights and advised me to give this some thought. I retained her services once I decided the best way to go in order to achieve resolution. Ms Everhart was with me every step of the way, She kept me informed. I felt cared for but best of all, knowing I had a brilliant mind working for my great outcome helped me survive one of the most trying times of my life. My case resulted in getting exactly what I wanted and more. I ended up with a very positive outcome and more importantly; I ended up emotionally, intellectually and physically intact. So much so, that I went on to accept the job of a lifetime with a major technology company. I believe that Ms. Everhart was instrumental in helping me achieve those things.

Efficient and to the point
Yvette Everhart represented me in negotiations with my ex employer. She was fast in grasping all of the issues and complexities. Her analysis and advice was unemotional, and direct. Negotiations proceeded aligned to her forecast, and ultimately to a successful outcome. Her initial fee quote was close to accurate. She was efficient in her file handling and did not rack up questionable costs.

Not a Good Fit
Felt my employer issue was never taken seriously. Glib follow-up phone call ending with offer to suggest another firm. To me, means to obtain retainer was a concern. Perhaps I didn't explain myself well. I'm an executive but a layperson regarding law. Based on personal referral to Sass Law, antipated attorney would help me determine if an injustice occurred. Might ask me questions, request further detail, assess value of documentation brought to consult and offer guidance on usefulness of documentation I didn't bring.
