About me

Former Immigration Judge - Former immigration trial attorney. I have presided over thousands of immigration court proceedings throughout eighteen years as a judge. As a trial attorney with the then Immigration and Naturalization Service, I prosecuted thousands of cases and assisted in training of INS personnel. As an attorney in private practice I litigated numerous cases before local and federal courts and was in charge of federal appeals to the Circuit Court of Appeals for the First Circuit where I briefed and handled oral argument for between fifty  to seventyfive cases.

I have known Pedro for over twenty years. I knew him as a government attorney, a private practitioner and as an immigration judge, and now he is in private practice close to me in Hollywood. I highly recommend Pedro in immigration matters especially immigration litigation as he has always been honorable, informed, fair and ethical. He has the respect of the legal bar and the EOIR.
