We have successfully represented many clients obtain many forms of immigration relief, and we now increasingly specialize in representing asylum and LGBTIQ+ clients across the United States. My immigration experience includes successfully defending individuals in immigration court proceedings before an Immigration Judge, including with defensive asylum cases, VAWA petitions, and Form I-751 Waiver Petitions. We continue to handle all types of family-based visas. This includes, but is not limited to, applications to obtain lawful permanent resident status (i.e., obtain a green card) through marriage, together with Fiancé (K1) and Joint Form I-751 Petitions. We also have a proven record of accomplishment in assisting LGBTIQ+ and other clients obtain affirmative asylum relief at all eight Asylum Offices throughout the country, including Asylum Offices located in Arlington, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, New Jersey, and San Francisco. And we represent clients obtain U.S. Citizenship by filing Form N-400, Application for Naturalization, with the USCIS (generally, we see NATZ interviews scheduled within 6-9 months).
All clients are welcome, and we have successfully and gladly represented diverse clients obtain all types of immigration relief from many, many countries, including: Afghanistan, Algeria, Argentina, Australia, Bangladesh, Belarus, Belize, Brazil, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Canada, Cape Verde, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Egypt, Ecuador, El Salvador, France, Gabon, Germany, Ghana, Greece, Grenada, Guatemala, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Ivory Coast, Jamaica, Jordan, Kenya, Korea, Lebanon, Liberia, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Moldova, Morocco, Netherlands, Nicaragua, Nigeria, North Macedonia, Panama, Pakistan, Peru, Philippines, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Serbia, South Africa, Spain, St. Lucia, Sweden, Switzerland, Syria, Taiwan, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Turkey, Uganda, Ukraine, Uruguay, Venezuela, United Kingdom, and Zambia.
