Contact us at for a consultation. Carlos was born in Colombia and in 1996 immigrated to the Unites States, to the city of Miami. In an effort to learn English faster he joined the United States Navy in 1997, serving as an aviation mechanic onboard the Aircraft Carrier John F. Kennedy. In 2003 Carlos received his bachelor’s degree with high honors from the Florida International University, with a major in International Relations and a minor is sociology. In 2006 he received his law degree with honors from the University of Florida, with a concentration in International law. Carlos has been practicing immigration law for over 8 years.
Carlos is licensed to practice law by the Florida Supreme Court and the Federal Court for the Southern District of Florida. He is a member of the Florida Bar, the American Immigration Lawyers Association and serves in the Executive Board of the Broward County Hispanic Bar Association.

Carlos recibio su licenciatura con altos honores de la universidad Internacional de la Florida concentrandose en relaciones internacionales y sociologia y luego recibio su doctorado en derecho de la universidad de la Florida, con honores, y con una concentracion en Derecho Internacional.
