"get the facts"

Like the commercials say folks--- Please Please get the facts about bankruptcy from the professionals, not friends and family... the entire staff did a great job from start to finish, it was no where near as hard as I thought it would be and the staff was available at all times to answer questions a...nd check numbers etc etc... the paperwork involved has been so well laid out and simplified by the firm I wish I had done this a couple of years earlier... so please, if your in over your head--- and you know if you are--- go see these folks, they really are going to help you... and best of luck to all of you... dale

Down to earth expects!

They made a very uncomfortable situation very comfortable. Answered all my questions and let me know it was okay, and they would help me fix things. They helped me keep my house, and save my family! My initial contact, Amy Hodge was the best! She was so friendly and I immediately got the feeling she... cared about my case from the start. This kind of attitude goes along way and is the main reason I choose this law firm. Highly recommend!

Awesome Staff

The staff at John Orcutt office in Wilson was awesome! I really enjoyed working with Amy Hodge. She made me feel like we was friends from school. Know question was a silly question. Thanks everyone for your help!!

Dissapointed

I used Jon Orcutt's services to declare bankruptcy. The first two ladies that I met with were awesome. They were able to guide me through the paperwork and were very helpful. Once we filed for bankruptcy it was a different story, we were handed off to a paralegal and communication stopped. We ha...d to call for updates and for other issues and often we would need to leave several message over several days because they were not available to take calls or even answer emails. On top of that, when we did get a response it was short and rude! Our questions were not fully answered and I felt like they were talking down to me because I was not familiar with all the legal terms. Then I would need to contact them again to get the correct answers which again would take days. I'm not sure if they are understaffed or just don't care. I would not recommend.

John Orcutt here: This is the very type of situation I struggle, everyday, to avoid. We work very hard to answer every call and to get every client the answers and help they need as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, it is impossible to satisfy everyone all the time. Simply the best...

The best thing i could have done, wonderful people and great attorney's. The problems i was having all went away and so did the headache. If you need the help call John he wil help!!
