Great Attorney
Josh was very helpful during our 341 meeting in the Wilson courthouse. He met with all of his clients before the session began. He answered my questions and prepped me before he and I met with the trustee. Mr. Hillin said my case was open and shut and we shouldn't have any issues. We did not.

Great attorney experience
I want to thank Josh Hillin for settling my debts to an easy affordable payment plan. I was afraid I was going to lose everything but I was told I would not lose anything with a chapter 13 bankruptcy. I am rapidly approaching my bankruptcy discharge and I can't wait to be done! Mr. Hillin is very professional and easy to talk to.
