Totaly Awesome Team

I just want to thank these Guys in John Orcutt's office that have stood by me and helped me through this process; They were Megan Clark-Jessica Brown-Brandi Richardson -Erica and even the Judge that heard my case. There were many more that helped me in my case. I am so glad that I picked them becaus...e really they were AWESOME and they made me feel like they really cared about helping me through this bnkruptcy. Thank You John Orcutt Team!

I AM A SURVIVOR & YOU CAN BE ONE TOO!

When I first sat down with Morgan the fear of what I was about too do was full of uncertainties. I was recovering from neck surgery that put me out of work for months. My bills did not stop coming but a paycheck was no longer. My credit card debt crept up on me from taken out cash advances to stop th...e phone calls. I was robbing Peter to pay Paul. I was current on all bills except the house of cards was starting to collapse. After about 1 hour I started to see some hope where there had been none. Long story short. The law office of John Orcutt's did everything they promised and then some. That was back in 2017. My case was a chapter 13 for 60 months. I was able to make the payment the Federal Courts had ordered me to pay. In fact my case ended 5 months ahead of the 60. My truck is paid off, I owe very little on my home. But the main thing I now have my affairs in order. It seems like everyday I am getting credit card offers. But never again will I allow that addiction to take back my life. No I am not getting paid for this review. I am a previous customer. If you are thinking about your debt, then more than likely you may want to give an bankruptcy attorney a call to weigh your options. I am a SURVIVOR!!!!!!

Great Service

Today I met with a paralegal for my initial consultation. She was very down to earth, professional and easy to talk to. She explained everything in great detail and answered all of my questions. I felt very comfortable and would certainly recommend this office for anyone who is need of services. I lo...ok forward to being able to start over and feel very confident that my case in in great hands.

This was my first time actually coming in to seek help with bankruptcy. I always heard bad things about bankruptcy, but my sister explained the process to me. When I call in for a consultation the return call was returned quickly. I also recieved an appointment to come in quick. I was nervous, but wh...en I came in the staff was excellent. They took me step by Step and if I had questions they answered. I was introduced to every person that would have a part in my case. I met Connie Nichols she has went way and beyond her job to talk with the lawyer about the issues I had. The lawyer was nice to respond. Yes I am in the process of hiring this law firm to handle my needs that I needed help on.
