Totaly Awesome Team

I just want to thank these Guys in John Orcutt's office that have stood by me and helped me through this process; They were Megan Clark-Jessica Brown-Brandi Richardson -Erica and even the Judge that heard my case. There were many more that helped me in my case. I am so glad that I picked them becaus...e really they were AWESOME and they made me feel like they really cared about helping me through this bnkruptcy. Thank You John Orcutt Team!

Terrible support from the the post legal department in Raleigh

The initial process went well in Fayetteville. After I was told to contact the Raleigh office for post legal support it became very STRESSFUL This is an extremely stressful as well as emotional time in a persons life and I feel that I was not supported adequately after I was referred to the post le...gal department. I could never get phone calls or emails returned and was treated as if I had been abandoned.

Eased my fears of the creditor harassing me at my home!

I was afraid to file bankruptcy because my creditor said they would sue me if I did. I was terrified because it seemed this one particular creditor made it personal and would call me at my work, my home and then started calling my family. I had no choice but to call for help. I called Mr. Orcutt's of...fice and they treated me with much respect and calmed my nerves down. They told me the creditor would stop calling me after I filed and if they called again they would be in trouble for having done so. I could sleep soundly again and wake up with a smile on my face instead of dread. Mr. Davis was very sweet to me at the hearing and walked me through everything with kid gloves. I am greatly to have hired Mr. Orcutt's firm.
