I never thought I would be the one to go bankrupt. A medical emergency and a divorce left me with a car and house I couldn't afford. I had not other choice to claim a chapter 13 bankruptcy. I have had quite a few hiccups since I filed and Koury has been the most helpful. First, there was problem with the dollar amount agreed to when I went to court in which he stayed over with me to discuss. Second, I received a notification in the mail with wrong information and he helped me get that t...aken care of. Third, I was sent a letter to appear in court that I should not have. Once I reached out to Koury, he expedited the process and within the same day the matter was taken care of. I cannot think of a better lawyer to have.
