IF COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY, CONSUMER LAW GROUP HOLDS THE LOCK

I received a letter from Mr. Gayle's office concerning a problem I was very aware of with the transmission in my 2015 Jeep Cherokee. I had taken my Jeep to the selling dealer for warranty repairs. Each time, even though the technician could easily replicate the issue, I was told that Fiat Chrysler, w...hile aware of the issue had no software or hardware fix. Upon agreeing to allow Mr. Gayle and his firm represent me, Mr. Gayle immediately went to work and after very short negations, a settlement was reached which was 10X more that Fiat Chrysler was offering in a class action suit. That is pretty much the facts of the case, but the thing that I really appreciated was the very open communication that Mr. Gayle and his staff maintained with me. Any question I had, was very promptly addressed and answered. As the case progressed, I was apprised of the progress at every phase. No email, no phone call was left unanswered. The professional way that Mr. Gayle and his assistant handled my case would easily warrant the "5 Star" rating.

Impressed with Mr. Gayle & team

I generally do not write ‘reviews’ but when I needed clear direction to help a family member with declining mental abilities, Mr. Gayle and his support team were empathetic, responsive and solution oriented. My first contact with Jennifer consisted of her providing clear information concerning my is...sue along with detailed action steps. Not once during my several contacts with Mr. Gayle’s office was the conversation about collecting a consultation fee but was about providing guidance until I felt I needed to meet with Mr. Gayle. I was impressed with the clear direction from Mr. Gayle that provided the resolution to my family member’s issue and has lifted a burden off my family. I highly recommend Mr. Gayle without reservation.

Excellent Lawyer

I am so glad that I obtained Mr. Gayle for representation in my case. He was informative and helpful and showed that he really cared about my case. I recommend him to anyone who wants a lawyer that works hard for them and cares.

Great at what he does, swindled me out of my lawsuit money

John won my case but after the settlement he conned me into taking 90% of my settlement money. Even had me sign over the checks so “I wouldn’t have to pay taxes”. I never even saw the checks or a bill for his services. If you have another option please use it

We are sorry Mr. Martin is currently unhappy with this firm. This case settled in July of 2012 and Mr. Martin seemed happy six years ago with the settlement when he signed the settlement agreement indicating how the money was to be disbursed. The settlement checks were jointly made payable to both us and him and deposited into our trust account as with almost every settlement we have. We are sorry Mr. Martin feels conned, however this was not the case. If he had a problem or issue, we wish we could have discussed this with him this 6 years ago.
