Contacted this firm when just beginning the process of trying to get Ford to declare my Motorhome a lemon. First contact was with Jennifer. What a delight to be working with her!! I called the office, a little skeptical, as in the past I have contacted a law office to handle a problem with a brand new vehicle, that within the first 3 weeks, was towed 3 times. That lawyer charged us $400 for a 20 minute consult and said there was nothing they could do.
