Exceptional Lawyer

During the winter break I received a reckless speeding ticket in Fauquier County. I live out of state, ten hours away, so when I returned home I began to research NOVA lawyers. I narrowed my choices to five. I began calling and received several responses- Including, our lawyer will talk with you in 8... days to high pressure sales techniques to Mr. Dua who personally answered my call and provided me with valuable information regarding my case. I proceeded to discuss my situation with the remaining lawyers. However, in the end, I chose Mr. Dua and I am so glad I followed my instincts, as well as his overwhelming positive reviews. Mr. Dua gave me excellent advice and I followed through immediately with all of his recommendations. He was readily available to answer all of my questions by phone or email. He represented me in court, allowing me to avoid missing college classes. The end result was astounding- the courts reduced the reckless speeding making the charge a traffic infraction, reduced the fine and the points. Without hesitation, I would strongly recommend Mr. Dua. He is professional, honest, prompt, reliable, efficient, fair, and has a firm understanding of the law.

Reckless driving

I heard a bunch of good reviews of Raj and they were all correct. I got my first reckless driving ticket 83/55 and Raj assured me he could get it reduced we'll he worked his magic and it got dismissed definitely using Raj for future cases and recommend him 100%

Hire Raj!

Raj is a fantastic lawyer with excellent customer service skills (a rare mix for lawyers in my experience). He was very knowledgeable, personable, efficient, and professional. I found Raj through diligent research of reviews for traffic attorneys in Fairfax, and not only did he rank among the best..., he proved to me he was the best. After contacting him with my issue, he promptly setup a phone call with me to discuss the matter in detail. He then gave me a very thoughtful, reasoned analysis of what the possible outcomes would be for my case given the circumstances and the known facts and evidence. At no time did I observe him using scare tactics or other sales tactics typical of the profession. I was very at ease with my decision to retain his services. Throughout my time working with him, he was always courteous and was very efficient with his and my time. In the end, Raj achieved the result I wanted despite very difficult odds. I strongly recommend Raj’s services!

Wreck less driving

Mr. Dua represented me in a Virginia court for a wreckless driving violation. I didn't appear. He was able to clear my driving record and I had no points. I called 5 attorneys and he was the only that said he can beat my charge. I'd hire him again and again!! Easy to work with and follows through.

Calm, cool, and collected

I was stopped by an LEO on the 395 HOV lanes by a state trooper and was cited for reckless driving - general in Fairfax County General District Court. This was my first time receiving such a severe infraction, as it is classed as a Class 1 Misdemeanor in Virginia, and I have anxiety....so this was a ...huge stressor in my life. After different attorneys bombarding me with information, I saw Raj's information among the multitude of letters. It was concise and reassuring at the same time. I called his office, had my phone consultation right over the phone, and I felt absolutely confident in his abilities. Come court time, Raj calmly told me the plan and did exactly what he said he would do. Which is to get me what was fair. After my ticket was reduced to a speeding infraction with a minor fine and a few points docked, I was the happiest woman ever. Raj is a fine attorney and knows the intricacies of the law, while speaking to his clients in a straight-forward way that help you to understand. I couldn't give him higher praise.
