Best in the area!

We recently had the pleasure to work with Raj Dua, and he truly exceeded our expectations by leaps and bounds. He represented a family member who had received several careless speeding tickets, and was at risk of ruining their driving record and dealing with the harsh consequences that go along with ...that. Raj knew exactly how to avoid this from happening, and he swiftly took care of things. He obviously has relationships and connections, and is well respected in the courtroom. His advice and approach to our situation were spot on. We cannot recommend him enough.

Professional and easy to work with !

Mr. Dua “Raj” was a joy to talk, plan and work with through our case. Personable, knowledgeable and imminently reachable as to last minute tips, or reminders. I am so happy with our case outcome and the fact that matter has been closed is a relief, we received the best outcome possible too. I woul...d work with Mr. Dua again, and again if need be. I cannot recommend him more strongly, and you would be remiss if you didn’t even call. Do yourself, (loved ones) a favor and seek this man’s council, you will not be sorry.

I'm Very Grateful to Have Worked w/ Raj!

Raj is calm, respectful, fair, & does a great job. A friend of mine referred a different attorney to me at first, who was charging nearly twice as much as Raj, and who was asking for much more from me. For example, I was always going to do community service, but Raj assured me I needed to do no mo...re than 15 hours for my case, even when I offered to do more. Compared to Raj, the more expensive attorney told me I needed to do 50 hours of service.. Raj also communicated very clearly to me and answered all of my questions leading up to the case. In the end, my reckless driving charge was substantially lowered compared to the misdemeanor I would have faced otherwise. I will be referring any friends, family, etc. in the future to Raj.

Excellent Representation from Raj Dua

I was charged with a Reckless Driving violation by the VA State Police. I called Raj and after my phone conversation with him, I decided to hire Raj as my attorney. Raj was professional and really understood the law, the Fairfax Court and the procecutors. I did exactly what Raj recommended in prepa...ration for my hearing. At my hearing Raj worked hard to reduce my charge to a non-moving violation and a substancially reduced fine. I could not have asked for anything more. If I ever need the services of a traffic court attorney, I'll not hesitate to call Raj. If any of my family members, friends or associates ever need legal help, I will always refer them to Raj. Thank you Raj for all your work on my case!
