excellent service

reckless driving summons in VA. Attorney Dua worked hard and kept great contact with me throughout the process. the end results were far beyond my expectations and I am completely happy. I would recommend attorney Dua to anyone looking for great results and communication.

Reckless Driving

"I was received a serious traffic violation of reckless driving for going above stipulated speed limit. Previously I had 2 points on my driving record. After contacting Mr. Raj Dua, he assured me not of jail situation, and he will try his best to reduce it to speeding ticket. I followed his instructi...ons and appeared in court. Mr. Dua managed to reduce the charges from reckless driving to not guilty (case dismissal). I was witnessing his legal arguments with the Judge, Prosecutor and Officer. I was stunned with his intelligence and subject knowledge. My case was dismissed with no conviction of any charge, no points, no fines and no court costs. Even honorable Judge mentioned that because of my attorney Mr. Raj Dua’s clever arguments, he cannot put any charges on me. Mr. Dua is a fine gentleman and a very good attorney. Trustworthy attorney excellent job!

I am a recent college grad, and I was charged Reckless driving on I95 for 25mph over the posted speed limit in Stafford. Raj wasn't pushy but instead really calm, informative and helpful during the free consultation over the phone. After learning my background, he told that my case would be okay. I l...earnt many facts (Reckless Driving comes under criminal misdemeanor!), and ways I can take to help reduce the charge. He represented me in court (as I was traveling abroad) and helped me to reduce the charge down to a minimal traffic infraction, no skyrock fines, just a negligible court fee! He is very capable, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs such service.

Outstanding service

I was charged with Reckless driving when I pull out my car from a parallel parking slot and scratched a school bus. First of all I didn't think that Reckless driving comes under Criminal misdemeanor ! After knowing the severity of the case I researched thoroughly and I found Mr. Raj Dua. I am so glad... and happy that I choose Raj Dua, He was able to reduce the charges of my Reckless driving charges to Improper driving charge(minimal) Mr. Raj Dua did an outstanding job with my case and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs such representation for traffic violations. Reckless Driving

On Sunday March 24th 2016, I was charging with reckless driving on Stafford VA while I was going to Orlando on a family vacation. I was down and didn't know what to do!!! One week later, I started receiving bunch of lawyers advertisement, between them I saw Raj DUA's name and checked his review, I c...ontacted him and felt right away that he was the one who could really help me! Thanks' GOD. On May 31st at 3:13pm I received and email from Raj, telling me that everything was OK. My case was denied, no conviction, no points to my driving record and no fines! Therefore I had only the court costs to pay!!! Thank you lawyer Raj DUA, my family and I are so grateful. May GOD bless you!!!
