Reckless Driving Charge

The job that Mr. Dua did for me on my case was incredible. I was looking at possibly losing my job and a ton of points on my driving record. I had 2 cases at the time in 2 different areas. Mr. Dua’s price was half the cost of my other case with the same charge and Mr. Dua got my case dismissed. I wou...ld recommend him to ANYONE, and in the event I need a lawyer again he is my go to guy!!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU MR. DUA!

Excellent

Mr. Dua was excellent from the beginning to the end. He had everything under control and we got the charges lowered more than expected. I would recommend him highly to anyone with traffic violations.

Reckless Driving Ticket

I am from Boston , I got a Reckless Driving Ticket, when i was on Business trip to Virginia . The next day i contacted so many lawyers to talk about my case. but no one has given me exact information , how they will proceed further and all. Then I contacted Raj , He gave a over-view of the process... , how he is gonna handle the case. he asked me to do some things, which will support my case and he guided very nicely in every aspect of case. On the Hearing day, he is so positive about the case and make my life easier and made sure that , i didn't go to jail. which helped me a lot . RAJ - Excellent Lawyer , he listens to all your problems with so much of patience .

Best Traffic/Criminal Attorney

What Can I Say Raj is a Top Notch Traffic Lawyer in the Fairfax County Area. I received a Reckless driving charge in Fairfax County and upon my friends Suggestion contacted Raj and hired him to represent my case. He got the Best Possible outcome for me. In the end, Raj achieved the result I wanted.... He was able to get the charge dismissed completely. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a Traffic/Criminal Attorney in the Northren VA area. He is a great Lawyer and very affordable. I would give him more than 5 Stars.

Reckless Driving reduced to just Speeding

I am a PA driver and was pulled over traveling 86mph in a 65mph zone on I-95. Not familiar with the strict VA traffic laws, I became acutely aware that this amounts to an automatic court summons for Reckless Driving, a misdemeanor in the state of VA. After consulting with 6 different attorneys, I cho...se Raj Dua for my case. Raj was professional and courteous throughout this whole process, helped me understand all the steps and answered all my questions. In the end, thankfully, Raj had my Reckless Driving charge reduced to Speeding, which is a simple traffic infraction. Also, since I am a PA resident, Raj made the experience pain-free by appearing in court on my behalf. I am grateful for Raj’s help and I highly recommend using his legal services.
