Raj Dua is the BEST!

Mr. Raj Dua is prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and above all, very caring. He explained the process of what to expect and was very knowledgeable about the court district in which I received my ticket. He was confident that he would be able to assist and he more than delivered on his assurances. Wit...h Raj's calm words and hard work, we were able to get an amazing result (beyond my expectations) when it came to our day in court. Mr. Dua went above and beyond and is absolutely worth every single penny. I cannot praise his professionalism, courtesy, integrity, thoughtfulness and his services highly enough. If you are seeking professional help from an attorney, do yourself a huge favor and hire Raj Dua.

Reckless Driving Case

I was on my way to work, traveling from Fairfax county into Loudoun County when I passed a stopped school bus on a Fairfax County road. A few days later, I began to receive numerous ads through the mail, marketing the legal services of dozens of different attorneys. Trying to choose the right lawyer,... in addition to having a criminal charge hang over my head, gave me a great deal of stress. It was with tremendous relief then, that when I made the choice to call Raj Dua's law firm for an initial consultation, Mr. Dua wasted no time to speak with me personally to gain a thorough understanding of my case, how best to handle it, and how to gain the most favorable ruling. He is polite, professional, amiable, and helped me navigate the realm of criminal/traffic law with ease. I was particularly thankful for how easy it was to contact him after retaining his services. On the date of my court appearance, through his devoted efforts on my behalf, he superseded the expected result and was able to get my criminal reckless driving charge reduced to a traffic violation, which carried no other penalty besides a simple fine. Mr. Raj Dua is certainly not the only criminal defense/traffic attorney practicing in Northern Virginia, but his services ARE of the highest caliber, AND at an affordable price to boot. I cannot praise Mr. Dua's legal services (from the initial consultation to the end of my court appearance) highly enough.

Why didn't I call Raj Immediately

Having Raj represent me put me at ease, and was definitely a good decision. I was surprised when I called, instead of a secretary or answering service, there was Raj on the line. He is personable, prompt and very honest about what he can do for you. The only regret is not calling him sooner, because ...talking to him immediately relieved a lot of worry and stress. I was able to have my offense (83 in a 55) reduced to a speeding ticket, and he was able to represent me without me being present in court. His fee a very affordable and fair from what I have found. I would recommend him to everyone.

Diligent, Dedicated, and Courteous

Raj was very diligent and dedicated. I received a reckless driving by speed violation in Manassas -- my first moving violation. I was concerned about the 6 point penalty and criminal offense -- Raj not only answered the questions I had about the process, but he worked with me to amass the facts about... my case, and he successfully reduced my violation to a zero-point penalty, and appeared in court on my behalf. He was very courteous, prompt, and pleasant to work with. Happy to recommend him!

Out of State Traffic Violaton

Mr. Raj Dua and his firm are extremely professional. The handled my case as if it was a top priority. He was there for every court case. Mr. Raj fought for me all the way through until my case was completely dismissed. He and his firm are amazing. Simply amazing!
