Samantha was successful in delivering on the outcome we worked towards. Amazing Lawyer
I would definitely recommend Upton Law. Always answered when I called if not I would here from her that evening. Ms. Upton was so awesome I was sick and went to the hospital so I missed my Henrico court date. My #1 LAWYER reach out to me to let me know I had a warrant out for my arrest. She made it her business, mind you that she didn't represent me in Henrico but she went to Henrico spoke with the Judge and called me and told me to stop stressing and feel better everything was taken care off!!!! I don't have any plans on getting involved with the legal system ever again but if I do I would send my last dime to hire Ms. Upton. #####UPTON LAW##### #######1###########

Going the Extra Mile
Ms. Upton went above and beyond my expectations in her representation of me for what started as a simple traffic ticket before the pandemic turned it into a logistical nightmare. She helped me seamlessly navigate the entire process, from the initial court appearance to finding an accredited driving school and the shifting deadlines/submission methods related to shelter in place orders. While she could have just let me know the outcome and sent me in my way, she repeatedly followed up with the court and kept me well advised on the fluid administrative situation. Both tickets dropped - Highly recommend
I was pulled over in March by a Virginia state trooper and ticketed. I researched online for my best option and I chose Samantha Upton based on her reviews. I contacted Mrs. Upton and was reassured that she could handle my case. I had 2 months of worry being charged with a class 1 misdemeanor traffic violation. With the Covid-19 pandemic, I was also concerned about appearing in a courtroom. Mrs. Upton was able to represent me in court and had the misdemenor completely dropped and my related ticket dismissed! I was amazed at the results, to say the least, because it wasn't the typical reckless driving charge. Her service was friendly, professional, and she kept me updated on my case. I highly recommend her services for any type of traffic ticket.

Non-moving, no points

RD reduced to a Improper Driving
I was pulled over in VA Hopewell county for doing 94/70 and was given an RD. I spoke with Samantha and explained everything thoroughly to me and laid out the process and what I needed to do to get in the best position for a positive outcome. I completed community service hours and ADI schooling. Samantha was also sympathetic to my cause as this is the first driving infraction I have ever had and to top it off I was days away from having a baby. She made the process easy and I was able to communicate with her office staff on any questions I had. I'm happy with my experience and would recommend her to anyone.

The Best!
Samantha took my sons reckless driving case and had him extremely prepared for court. He was facing a license revocation and possibly time in detention center. Samantha made sure he did all the required tasks the court would want completed before his court date. I would HIGHLY recommend Samantha for any driving matters...

RD reduced to only a speeding ticket!
Samantha Upton represented me and did an excellent job doing so. What was supposed to be 90 in a 65 (RD) she got reduced down to a simple speeding ticket, which is almost unheard of given how strict Henrico judges can be. She was very professional, attentive to my case, and overall made me feel comfortable about the whole process of going into the court room. I would 100% recommend hiring her as your lawyer!

I was charged with an 83/55 in Richmond, while driving through a speed trap on the Thanksgiving Holiday weekend. There are a huge numbers of lawyers to choose from and I really did my due diligence. Excellent Lawyer, Great results!
I contacted Samantha Upton because I got two speeding tickets in under two weeks, with one of those tickets being a Reckless Driving ticket. I have always stayed out of trouble and have never even stepped foot in a courtroom; so I was very concerned about the negative impact these tickets would have on my Drivers License, my car insurance costs, as well as the fact that Reckless Driving is a misdemeanor in Virginia. I contacted Samantha Upton, had a consultation, and subsequently hired her. She went to court for me on both tickets; got my Reckless Driving reduced to a lesser non-moving citation, and got my other ticket dismissed once I attended a DMV approved Driving School course. I could not be more pleased with the service I got from Samantha Upton! She saved me from having my license possibly suspended, having a misdemeanor on my record, and thousands and thousands of dollars in fines and increased insurance costs. You'd be remiss not to hire Samantha Upton to handle any of your traffic related legal needs. I cant recommend her enough!

Easy and Affordable
Samantha took the worry and fear out my court appearance. After receiving my first reckless driving I found Samantha and am very glad I did. Samantha went to work for me, directed me to a few classes I needed to take, appeared at court in my place, and negotiated with prosecution to where I had no points and a very reasonable fine. I highly recommend Samantha in defending anyone in a court of law.

Excellent Work
I received a speeding ticket for driving 90 in a 65 in Virginia. In Virginia, you can be charged for Reckless Driving if you're going 80 or over. I had an expired registration, expired inspection sticker and had lived in Maryland for over a year without getting a MD license. I reached out to Samantha Upton for help and she did a fantastic job! Once I provided all the necessary documentation and fixed all the issues with my car, she went to court on my behalf and knocked it out of the park! She was able to get the Reckless Driving charge completely dismissed. The only thing I have to do is pay court costs and take an 8 hour online driving course. All of this was for a very reasonable price. I am extremely satisfied with Samantha's performance and I'll be recommending her to all of my friends in the future.

Ms. Upton was outstanding in assisting with my reckless driving by speed charge. From when I first spoke with her during the free consultation she was very confident and helped to ease my mind about the situation. After hiring her as my attorney we had fast and clear communication through telephone and emails. I am from Florida, did not have to appear in court, and she able to get my ticket reduced to a non moving equipment violation.
