BEST LAWYER

Raj did a phenomenal job with my reckless driving case. I was charged a reckless driving for 78/55 on I95 south heading to work (my first). I only had a one ticket (failing to obey highway sign about two and half years ago). So I was seriously concerned because this would definitely hurt my career an...d future. I received a stack of offers from lawyers in the mail. After doing my research, reading all the reviews, talking to couple of other lawyers, I decided to go with Raj. and I am so so so thankful I did. Not only he is professional and knows what he is doing, he is a very kind human being which I did not sense when talking to other lawyers. He works his best to get you the best outcome. He constantly assures you and calms you that it will be okay and keeps you posted throughout the process. Not to mention he is reasonably affordable compared to other lawyers who has half the experience Raj has, and he is reachable by cellphone, he also returns calls and emails in a swift manner, so you don't have to talk to assistants and secretaries. Communication with him was very easy. I witnessed his superb professionalism at Prince William court (Manassas) in negotiating the outcome for me. He got the reckless dropped to a minimum charge (defective equipment with no points) because my speedometer was off by two points. He managed to get me out of court as early as possible so I wont miss work. If you need anything related to speeding and reckless, please have his number saved! Raj is the man!

Raj was phenomenal

Raj was there for me every step of the way and represented me in an awesome way. He was thorough and knew exactly what he had to do to get me the results I needed. I will forever be thankful for Raj!

Reckless Driving

I was charged with reckless driving when visiting the DC/VA area (doing 89/55). I had called around to other firms and finally through research found The Dua Law Firm. From our initial conversation, I could tell that Raj was going to do his best. He provided a game plan and possible outcomes given hi...s extended experience with the court system in the area. Two big things for me was preparation and transparency, which Raj did a great job at. The outcome of my ticket was favorable and couldn’t be more pleased. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking an attorney.

Extremely excellent

Mr. Due, he's really the best attorney I have ever deal with. He's a nice person, confident attorney and strong on the court and he always does what he promise. Actually, I had an excellent experience with him after having my Second Reckless Driving Ticket and he helped me out as his promise and he ...dropped it down to speeding ticket from (85/55 to 74) which is something impossible for the all other lawyers I met them before, because they told me it's going to stay in my record as a Reckless Driving again and they will suspend my driving license. Finally I would like to say that he did a wonderful job and I'm really grateful for hiring him on my case to get these amazing results and I referred him to all my friends.

WOW!

I was charged with speeding 89 mph in a 70 mph zone on I95 which resulted in a reckless driving charge. I called Mr. Dua, and he said that he could help me, but I was skeptical. I was hoping that he could at least get the charge reduced to 80mph which would remove the reckless driving charge. But ...WOW! He got it reduced to a minor traffic infraction with a small fine. ABSOLUTELY, if you have a traffic problem, CALL Mr. Raj Dua.
