Raj Dua is terrific

I received a traffic violation in Fairfax County, VA in July. After doing a thorough research of attorneys in the Fairfax area, I found that Raj Dua was the best. Raj is a great communicator and is thorough with your process. Although making no promises, Raj makes you feel comfortable that he can ...help reduce the charges, etc. with your case. Raj did just that. He was able to reduce my charges to the minimal amount. I would highly recommend working with Raj for anyone who needs representation with traffic violation situations.

Diligent, Dedicated, and Courteous

Raj was very diligent and dedicated. I received a reckless driving by speed violation in Manassas -- my first moving violation. I was concerned about the 6 point penalty and criminal offense -- Raj not only answered the questions I had about the process, but he worked with me to amass the facts about... my case, and he successfully reduced my violation to a zero-point penalty, and appeared in court on my behalf. He was very courteous, prompt, and pleasant to work with. Happy to recommend him!

Driving Ticket

I sent Raj Dua an email with regard to my ticket and he promptly replied back and appeared in the court on my behalf for the hearing. He very efficiently handled my case and helped me waive driving points. Awesome service !!

The Best!!

I was stopped going 83/55 and faced a reckless driving/6 point violation. Raj was able to get my charge reduced with no points involved whatsoeverl! I am so happy I called him ! I received tons of advertisements in the mail but he was the one I chose. He communicated frequently, gave clear conci...se instructions, is extremely knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with!

Great Job!

My wife got pulled over for speeding in Virginia early in the morning. I received a notice from Raj and a few other attorneys. When I called Raj I got Raj, when I called other attorneys that sent notice I spoke to attorneys who were not on the notice. I could tell they were young new attorneys and ...I wasn't going to take any chances. Raj took the time to explain what the penalties were for reckless driving in Virginia. Luckily, he told my wife to take a drivers course and send a copy of her driving record, which was clean, to him. He went to court for my wife and as a result all she had to to was pay a fine and she received no points (reckless driving is 6 points on your license, possibility of losing your license, and worse case scenario jail time) Raj did a great job!
