Out of state traffic ticket

Ben was an awesome attorney. He only had three days to appear to court on my behalf. I had no idea how to show up as I live out of state. I received a speeding ticket for going 84 in a 55 which in Fairfax County is a reckless driving. He was able to reduce the ticket down to a 74 in a 55 which only ...equals out to be a traffic ticket. He did an awesome job and I did not have to show up for the hearing.

Amazing Attorney

Mr.Griffitts had been nothing but professional and very dedicated in making sure the final judgement was in my favor . Given the circumstances in my case things were not looking so good for me , but somehow Mr.Griffitts had gotten an insanely good plea deal . From my experience with him , i can tell ...Mr.Griffits Is very well educated and experienced in the courtrooms . Driving while suspended

I hired Mr. Griffitts for a Driving while suspended case and he got me off with only court fees. He's the best!

My reckless driving charges were dismissed

I got pulled over for doing 24 MPH over the speed limit on I-95 and was charged with reckless driving. I was worried that I might have my license revoked given how strict the laws are in Virginia, but Mr. Griffitts assured me that it would most likely get reduced and I wouldn’t have to worry about th...at. Fortunately, the case ended up getting dismissed altogether so I didn’t even have to pay court fees. The other client who Mr. Griffitts represented that day also had her charges dismissed as well. I didn’t see anyone else’s charges get dismissed that day so, although it may have been atypical, he certainly did a great job by me and his other client. I highly recommend hiring Mr. Griffitts.
