Custody/Guardianship

My husband and I hired Ms. Higgins to represent us in our grandchild's guardianship case. She helped make a complicated situation understandable to us. She also helped us calmly discuss the legal process as we negotiated with the other side. Our guardianship case was resolved amicably. I highly recom...mend Ms. Higgins as an attorney.

Post Nuptials Aggreement

Ms. Higgins and Ms. Evans handled my post nuptials agreement in a very professional manner. The agreement was fair and complete covering potential legal issues beyond my initial request. Professional service and expert guidance

Ms. Higgins and Ms. Evans were exceptionally helpful and patient through the entirety of my case. They kept me informed through the entire process and explained everything that would happen and what they needed from me to keep things moving towards resolution. I highly recommend their services.

Exceptional Attorney

Ms. Higgins handled my property settlement agreement, custody arrangements and quitclaim deed for my marital separation. She and her paralegal, Michelle Evans, were amazing. I cannot say enough in regards to their thoroughness and professionalism. They are incredibly prompt in their response to ph...one calls and emails and the turnaround time for producing legal documents is outstanding. Everything moved along very quickly and efficiently. This was a very difficult situation for me and I felt they provided just the right amount of empathy and encouragement I needed which helped me make the right decisions, not emotional decisions. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any family law needs.

Divorce

I did research and ran across Livesay and Myers. I called for consultation and hired Caitlin to file my divorce. Her and her paralegal were great and walked me through every step. I was able to file a no fault and within 3 months it was done. I would recommend your office, Caitlin Higgins and her par...alegal Michele Evans. They were wonderful!
