Beyond Thankful for Ben!

Being represented by Ben was a huge blessing. Being a young adult and receiving an indecent exposure charge, I did not think the future was looking like it was going to be bright for me. Great Save

Mr. Griffitts for took the time to understand my predicament with negative outcome of a DWI case would have for me. After several discussions with the court he was able to get the outcome I needed to preserve my job and allow for me to continue my life after meeting the conditions the court imposed. ...Our open communications was vital in resolving the case.

Excellent Defense Attorney

Benjamin Griffitts’s is an amazing Criminal Defense Attorney. He is a true professional; he listened to the complicated situation and provided guidance for the matter that was presented in Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court. Due to his due diligence the matter was eventually dismissed. He... is passionate about what he does and understands the intricacies of the law, including family law. He always followed-up on any questions I had during and after the process. I even reached out to him after the matter was dismissed to answer a question. Reckless Driving
