Absolutely amazing performance!

When my son was attacked I called about 10 attorneys to interview them about representing us in court. Out of 10, Ben was THE ONLY ONE that took time to understand, ask questions, and genuinely cared about what I was saying. He answered all of my questions patiently and communicated promptly. His res...ponse was always on time and he was always prepared. In the courtroom, he was concise, deliberate, and strategic. He went above and beyond as an attorney and I always felt heard and taken care of. I would recommend Ben to anyone who needs a hard-working, honest, and knowledgeable attorney. He is great at what he does.

EXCELLENT, CARING, KNOWLEDGEABLE ATTY

Attorney Benjamin did an incredible job of being prepared for a case that have been continued numerous times. He was extremely thorough explained the details, listened to our case and understood our situation. We can't say enough good about him. The way he presented himself to us and to the court led... to a great verdict and an unexpected outcome. He was extremely patient and responsive to our questions. Making us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. We would highly recommend him as a criminal defense attorney.

Full satisfaction

Mr. Griffitts has been great throughout my case. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and he always has his clients' best interest in mind. His fees are quite affordable and he's very easy to contact. He responded on weekends, early mornings, late nights. To know your attorney is truly there fo...r you is something you can't quantify. Add to that he knows the law. I will continue to use Mr. Griffitts as my lawyer if need be in the future, I am grateful for his help and would recommend him to anyone seeking legal representation. He helped me understand the case and kept me in the loop the entire time. Anytime I had a question about the case he was more than willing to answer it. Thank you!!

Ben did a GREAT job

Ben did a great job representing me in a recent proceeding. He got my charge dismissed and made the whole process so easy. Before hiring him he went over his plan with both me and my father and spent about 1 hr talking to each of us. He showed a lot more care in my case than other lawyers and was ver...y personable. Would highly recommend!

Great attorney and great guy

I unfortunately was charged with a possession of marijuana and was devastated. I’m a full time student, parent and work two jobs so This was the last thing I needed in my life. I searched the internet for the best attorneys I could find and hired Ben. He advised me to do community service and he was ...very reachable. After all was said and done I had a great experience with Ben and I would recommend him to anyone in the NOVA area.
