Exceptional Attorney

Ms. Storr Burks is exceptional. She worked with our family on a very sensitive case obtaining even better than expected results. She coordinated the letter writing effort to allow family members to support the sentencing process. Her court presentation was extremely professional, well thought out an...d she is very well spoken. Our family was so impressed with her work and communication style. I would highly recommend Ms. Storr Burks.

Representation When It Matters

I was recently represented by Ghislaine Storr Burks a criminal defense attorney of Livesay & Myers in a high profile case in Stafford Virginia. The case involved four felony charges, one misdemeanor charge, and many unusual circumstances. I felt that the personal attention i received and the dedicati...on that was shown to be very comforting. From the first initial meeting to the reading of my NOT GUILTY veridict in the courtroom, Mrs. Burks was very supportive and compassionate. She spent many personal days including weekends and holidays preparing for my trial. She was quick to answer questions that i had. Livesay and Myers treat their clients like family and take each case very personally. I could not have been more comforted or felt more at ease than with this law firm behind me. Livesay & Myers provided two additoinal defense attornyes, Jessica Golden and Ben Griffitts to assist Ms. Burks during the two day trial. I would gladly and highly recommend this law firm to anyone in need of a caring, professional, and highly dedicated team
