I just wanted to drop 5 stars for Ben Griffin for his professionalism and knowing how to execute. I was so worried about my reckless speeding ticket but Ben handled it professionally by the law and the case was dismissed completely. I almost never leave reviews but found this situation to be an exception. A few months ago I was stopped for a speeding ticket and was certainly the one at fault. Because of the offense I thought it would be a good idea to hire an attorney and complete a drivers education course prior to going to cou...rt. I currently work two jobs and average about 80 hours a week so I was able to provide information showing I am a productive member of my community. Considering my speed when I got pulled over it was not a matter of if I was going to get in trouble, it was a matter of how much trouble I was going to get in. Ben was a very polite gentleman but when speaking to the judge it seemed as if he was nervous and had only been working as an attorney for a short period of time. I ended up serving time in jail that could have cost me my career. Now I understand that I was at fault but after realizing I had a relationship with someone who works as a government official in that area I reached out to him about his thoughts. Having known the judge who gave me the sentence and all of the same background information that Ben did he said that it was extremely odd that I would be serving jail time for my first offense. He told me that the lawyer that I hired must not have been a good one and leads to why I am leaving a review. Again, Ben was helpful and attentive but I believe that someone else could have done a better job considering the circumstances.

Benjamin took his precious time on Saturday evening to give me a free consultation over the phone and explained everything in details. He really wanted to help, most of the law firms that I had called in the area were overpricing me for their services. He was extremely knowledgeable. I retained Ben for two reckless driving charges and from the very beginning he made me feel at ease. The first one: A driver hit me on the highway and wrecked his car, because of the interaction of the vehicles the state police charged us both with reckless driving in October 2019. Ben represented me... when I was out of town giving me the ability to concentrate on work and all the other things in life that required my attention. He understood the sensitivity of a charge like this, even when COVID-19 shut the courts down and our case was continued all the way until November 2020 he made sure I knew he was taking care of everything. When we finally had our day he worked with the district courts to have this charge reduced from a Class 1 Misdemeanor to an infraction, the end result was I pay a fine and case is closed! The second charge was a reckless driving by speeding. I immediately called Ben and told him about my interaction with a very unprofessional officer, who did not even properly fill out the summons, questioned why I was in the neighborhood which I live in and charged me with speeding when I wasn't. I retained him again to fight this one all the way. End result, the case was dismissed! I'm almost 40 years old and this is the first time in my life I have ever had to hire an attorney and I am so glad that Ben was the guy. He was able to explain to me everything I needed to know about my situation, the law, how it applies, what could/may/might happen, what I need to do to prepare and he answered all the questions I had whenever they came up. The police officers, deputies, bailiffs, other attorneys and all the people in the courtroom knew I came with the best. Ben is a true professional and advised me to ensure the best possible outcome for my cases. He never filled my head with any false hopes just facts and came to the table with experience. At a time when I was facing charges that could impact my driving record and have serious consequences on my career Ben was there to guide me through the process and get me results that I could not be more happy about. For me, I know I have found a lawyer for life should I ever find myself in this situation again.

Attorney Benjamin did an incredible job of being prepared for a case that have been continued numerous times.
