Cherish would get 10 stars if I could. She was compassionate towards our situation and acted as if she was fighting for her own children. Never once did I feel as if she was only in it for money; never once did I feel she could have done more. It was a pleasure to deal her and the staff. I used Mrs. Hadley for several cases all connected to a very difficult divorce. She helped in a domestic violence charge that she took the extra effort and talked to the police department directly to get the real story in front of the judge and had the case dismissed. She then assisted me in a very... messy divorce that lasted 4.5 years. She never waivered in her resolve to get my case finished in the manner that would be best for me, even when I did not know what was best for me. She took the time to understand me as a person so she could better help my case. She is now assisting me in post divorce alimony affairs in court. She is showing the same professionalism and excellence she displayed in the court room a year ago and is helping me to win my case, and even get personal fees reimbursed due to frivolous charges. One of the things I really like about Cherish is the fact that she is very honest with me. If she thought that I would lose in court she said so, and saved me the cost of paying her on a losing matter. It was very much appreciated that she was willing to do that rather than try to receive money for a matter that was unwinnable. It was amazing watching Ms. Hadley work during my cases and trials. Ms. Hadley was cool, calm, collect, meticulous, and methodical; she went up against two attorneys(one being HIGHLY respected and well known) and beat both of them at the same time. Cherish Hadley's law firm handled drafting and preparing a new will for my 99 year old mother. Her last will was created 35 years ago and needed updating. Cherish clearly explained all of the changes in format and content that have become part of the modern will and were not originally included in ...Mom's previous document. She was able to make these changes understandable to my mother, as well as to explain why they are now necessary in today's legal system. The update process was straight forward and uncomplicated.
