Great Criminal Attorney

I used Ben Griffitts for my legal matter, and he did an excellent job. He knows the law and was able to answer all of my questions. He took the time to explain all of my options and got my charges dropped. I would highly recommend him for any case.

Criminal and Juvenile

Mr Griffitts's was retained by myself for a criminal case for myself and a juvenile case for my son. The results were that both cases were dismissed and our records were expunged. He was completely confident that this would be the result and he was absolutely correct. The cost to retain him was very ...fair and given the outcome I'd say a bargain. Thank you Mr. Griffitts.

Having just wrapped up a matter, I am very pleased with the outcome and manner of the business relationship. From the set up, communication was crisp and timely. Stress-free court experience

I had a car accident when I was 17. I had never been in court and was terrified of the whole process. I was clearly at fault so there was not much lawyer magic to be made, but Ben Griffitts met me beforehand, talked me through everything that would happen, and the process was quick and painless. One ...driving course later I had my license back and it was all over. Ben’s professionalism and relaxed demeanor put me at ease before, during, and after court. He left me nothing to worry about and there were no surprises. I expected something like a DMV experience or worse, but it was nothing of the sort. I highly recommend Ben Griffitts and wouldn’t hesitate to request his help again.

Professional and thorough

I consulted Mr. Griffitts and hired him to represent me a few years back and he gave me solid legal advice and went to bat for me in traffic court. Saved me some significant costs.
