A great attorney, I would recommend to anyone that needs assistance

Kyle Ingram consulted with me and assisted me in an EEO mediation against a federal government agency while I was stationed abroad. He did a deep dive to understand my discrimination and retaliation claims and proposed a mediation resolution that was right for me and my family. He took the time to un...derstand what I really needed and was with me all the way through the mediation and settlement process at a very reasonable cost. His knowledge of how EEO mediations work and his ability to discuss intelligently and forcefully my claims with the Agency was invaluable in securing a favorable settlement. I would highly recommend his services to any federal employee who needs assistance with an EEO issue or mediation in the future. - KC, DoD civilian employee stationed in the EU

Knowledgeable & Helpful

Mr. Ingram was knowledgeable and provided quality information to assist with my charge. Although, we had a consultation, he made sure to follow up with the information he said he would send. Great Customer Service

Appreciative new mom

Kyle was absolutely wonderful. I don’t think I can adequately express just how much he helped me in a true time of need. Despite a proven, documented track record of success, I was terminated from a contract position at 37 weeks pregnant. I didn’t have the energy—or the financial means—to hire a ...lawyer for advice on my case. Kyle was the only lawyer to not only give me the time of day, but to actually care about my circumstances and listen to me. He wasn’t just extremely knowledgeable, he was kind—something I really needed at the time. He eased my mind and told me what I needed to know. I wound up not needing legal representation, but if I did I would have hired Kyle without hesitation. I wholeheartedly recommend Kyle to anyone looking for a discrimination/employment/civil rights lawyer.

My gosh Mr. Ingram got my whole case in 1 hour which took my attorney 3 years.

For those who maybe struggling with employment issues, please call Mr. Ingram and pay for that hour of consultation. He is straight to the point and will tell you if you got a case or not. He was not like most who will tell you "give me 10k and I will see what we can do". If you decided to get a... consultation, I recommend you come prepared by consolidating your facts so that he can find the meat a potatoes,. Also, write down all the questions you have prior to the call because this will help you to feel you have valued your time and not left with the feel of "he didn't get it" . I guarantee you will have a peace of mind if you do this. Lastly, be open minded regardless of what the outcome is. My case is near the end and I wish I would have hired him years ago, but I decided to take the cheap way out and didn't do my research on a qualified employment attorney which I am now regretting. I just want to say your awesome Mr. Ingram and THANK YOU!!!! THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!!!! I hope my attorney see's the light one day and if not, I will be calling you for sure to take over the case if I need to appeal regardless on how much it is.
