SUCCESSFULLY FIGHTING DISCRIMINATION AND RETALIATION FOR EMPLOYEES

Dedicated to working with employees who have been wrongly treated by their employers, I have won substantial victories in various courts and administrative processes to vindicate the rights of my clients.  I work exclusively with employees to ensure that employers are held accountable for their wrongful action.

  • I have represented employees in trials before federal courts, including our victory in Foster v. Univ. of Maryland-Easter Shore, resulting in a $125,000 verdict plus lost wages and attorneys fees for the plaintiff.
  • I have represented numerous federal employees in actions before the EEOC as well as the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB).  My work on behalf of various federal employees has resulted in substantial settlements, including in Hayes v. Napolitano, resulting in a $175,000 settlement and the resignation of senior leadership at Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
  • I have also represented employees before the Maryland Commission on Human Rights and the D.C. Office of Human Rights and have secured findings of discrimination or porobable cause on their behalf, leading to substantial settlements.

Every case is different. Understanding how the law applies to your work-related situation requires in-depth understanding and research.

A great attorney, I would recommend to anyone that needs assistance
Kyle Ingram consulted with me and assisted me in an EEO mediation against a federal government agency while I was stationed abroad. He did a deep dive to understand my discrimination and retaliation claims and proposed a mediation resolution that was right for me and my family. He took the time to understand what I really needed and was with me all the way through the mediation and settlement process at a very reasonable cost. His knowledge of how EEO mediations work and his ability to discuss intelligently and forcefully my claims with the Agency was invaluable in securing a favorable settlement. I would highly recommend his services to any federal employee who needs assistance with an EEO issue or mediation in the future. - KC, DoD civilian employee stationed in the EU

Best Experience Ever
I want to take this opportunity to THANK YOU for the OUTSTANDING COUNSEL that you have provided from the start to the present moment. I have learned SO MUCH from your knowledge of the EEO Process and the tactics that discriminators exercise against their victims. Your guidance and mentorship on how to focus on the important aspects of a case as well as how to convey my experiences proved invaluable in my complex situation. I could not have been able to effectively articulate my Formal EEO Submission without you. More importantly, I appreciate your honesty throughout the process in gaining extended litigation support. You are an AWESOME ATTORNEY and heaven sent. Should anyone be in need of an attorney that will provide ground truth in the EEO Process, guidance on articulating your claims (the most important aspect of your case), and requires a thorough review of your case in an effort to point you to where you can locate the explicit details of your claims or when the start of your discriminatory tactics are being exercised against you, Kyle Ingram is the Man for the job. You will not be disappointed. God Bless and may Justice be served to all those that Discriminate against innocent victims.

Great Experience, Very Thorough
I have a disability EEO case with my workplace. So far, through consultation, I've spoken to Kyle twice and he is very thorough. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood the strong points of my case and gave me realistic advice/ expectations. He is going to make sure you make the most out of your time and money. Also, he is very knowledgeable about EOO complaints and workplace discrimination. Moving forward, I know exactly what I need to do. My case is still in the early stages, so I may not need to retain him, but if I do, I feel good about where my money is going and know I'll have great representation.

Best attorney for action against any job discrimination
Mr Ingram is a very knowledgeable, nice and effective attorney. He represented me in a wrongful termination and EEOC complaint from 2019-2021. He was instrumental in the successful completion of this legal action (which recovered almost $500k).

DOI - ONRR Employee - Yes a Million Times, YES!
Kyle is extremely easy to talk to. He spends time getting to know you and the specifics of your case before deciding the best course of action. He is extremely upfront and honest about his abilities and delivers expected outcomes. I will use him in the future if necessary. So far, Kyle has been nothing but a gem for my specific case. Thank you, Kyle. The government can be an unpredictable place of employment, in a realm where laws should be followed without issues - but aren't. Kyle will help you navigate it all. I will spend my precious dollars no where else.

Worse time to being saved by Kyle
I was at my lowest after leaving a job I loved due to continual and increased harassment and discrimination. I got really bad advise from an EEO counselor which ultimately caused me to not win my case as I sought legal advice to late. I wish I had know Mr Ingram existed sooner before I was at the point that if I had not got help I would not be here today. He was professional but also a person I felt I could talk to and cry to when those people I had looked at and loved like family had hurt me more then any person deserved. I hope that my case has brought to light some of the problems in the NG as well as Department of Army EEO office. I highly recommend Mr Ingram to anyone needing help fighting against big brother.

Grateful for Kyle Ingram
I am sincerely appreciative of his services. Litigation does not feel good under any circumstance. It is an exhausting process. I am glad that I hired Kyle to take me through this journey. He was honest, thorough, transparent, professional, trustworthy...words the general population doesn't use when describing lawyers. He is extremely knowledgeable on the EEO process. He is a man of integrity and is compassionate. He was very efficient. He was fair and a good steward of my finances. He was timely, organized, and proficient. He kept me informed and he respected me as the client. Thanks Kyle

Patience
When I spoke with Kyle I wasn't even sure I had a case. Kyle listen to me anyway. I mean he really listen.. Kyle informed that he wasn't sure if he could take the case because I was out of state and it was a case against the Post Office and most lawyers wouldn't take my case. Most lawyers just don't want to go up against the Post Office.. After reviewing my case file he took my case and I was overwhelmed with joy. Kyle made me feel very comfortable with the information that he was given me. Kyle always took my calls and he always gave me up to date information about my case.. Iim glad to have him as my lawyer. If you looking for a true and knowledgeable lawyer. Kyle is the lawyer for you

KYLE INGRAM - VERY TALENTED ATTORNEY!
A few months ago, I found myself being harassed by Senior Management and ultimately / unfairly being placed on a “Performance Improvement Plan” (PIP) with no merit or substantiating evidence. Side Note: A PIP is just a formality to be used to justify your being terminated from your job. Once you are placed on a PIP, your Manager does not have to wait until the end of the PIP to terminate your employment; you can be terminated from your job the day after you are issued the PIP, so time is crucial in the decision that you will need to make Upon contacting Mr. Ingram, he listened to my side of the story and immediately informed my employer that I had retained him as my attorney; this was done within 24 hours which immediately caught the attention of my HR Department and their Legal Counsel. Kyle Ingram kept in close communication with my employer’s HR Department and their Legal Counsel. However, eventually my employer terminated my employment anyway and Mr. Ingram was quickly able to prove “retaliation”. My employer quickly settled with an amount that I am incredibly happy with. I am grateful for Mr. Ingram because although his cases are primarily advocating / fighting for federal government employees, he was confident in taking on my case as an employee in the private sector. I hope that I can put this nightmare and unjust treatment to bed. I would certainly recommend Attorney Kyle Ingram whether you are a Federal Government OR private sector employee; You need a professional attorney that specializes in employee law. Mr. Ingram, I will be forever grateful to you! You were certainly an investment that I am glad that I made!

Review of Case
I worked with a big law firm first and eventually let them go. When I spoke to Mr. Ingram about my case he provided clear conscience strategy in an honest upfront manner. I appreciated his professional manner and insight.

Whistleblower Reprisal
Kyle Ingram is an incredibly gifted attorney. When faced with a false claim of whistleblower reprisal, Kyle invested an enormous amount of his own personal time to review the preliminary report against me and identified areas where the government had no evidence to substantiate their claims. He helped keep me grounded throughout the process and we worked together to formulate a response that was fact based and unemotional. I cannot thank Kyle enough. If you are in a similar situation, schedule a time to speak to him. You will not be disappointed.

The Best Federal Employment Attorney in the DC region!
I was fortunate to be represented by Kyle Ingram. I could not have found a better attorney in the Washington, DC area. He handled my case with empathy and compassion. He was brilliant and responsive, promptly and patiently answering all of my questions and concerns. He educated me on what to expect, and on the likely outcome of the case, and he was also very fair with his fees. Lastly, he has a solid track record of winning! I really can't recommend him highly enough.

Settlement against large federal agency
Kyle worked with me for nearly two years to help resolve a disability discrimination complaint I had against a large federal law enforcement agency I was previously told did not like to settle. Not only was Kyle instrumental in helping me to settle my complaint, but he made the entire process as financially manageable as possible. A previous firm I had briefly worked with demanded money at every turn and led me to believe the type of settlement Kyle later negotiated would be impossible. I hope I am never again in a position to need the services of a labor attorney, but you can rest assured that if I am Kyle will be the first person I call.

A True Professional Who Cares
I conferred with Mr. Ingram regarding a complicated disability discrimination scenario with my employer. Although Mr. Ingram was not retained to represent me (for logistical reasons), I benefitted from his keen and concise insight and feel better-equipped to retain counsel elsewhere as a result of the conversation. Mr. Ingram is clearly a hybrid of determined professional and empathetic human being.
