The Kind of Attorney You Hope to Find!

Some professionals impress you with their expertise. The rare ones leave an impression because their expertise is matched by humanity. Kyle Ingram is one of those rare lawyers. I reached out regarding a critical matter during an unexpectedly difficult life circumstance, with very little time and a...n unforgiving turnaround. Kyle made room to help when I urgently needed it. That alone mattered tremendously, but what distinguished him even more was how he helped. Kyle is honest, clear, authentic, and emotionally intelligent. There was no manufactured distance, performative busyness, or unnecessary wall between attorney and client. He was simply real and my trust for him naturally followed. He listened carefully, spoke candidly, and gave me a clear view of what mattered, what did not, and where the true issues were. Trusts developed quickly because he was never trying to manufacture it. There is an almost sword-like clarity to the way Kyle sees complicated systems. He can cut through the noise, identify the real problem, and explain the landscape in a way that restores perspective when everything feels overwhelming. Just as important, he understands that the people navigating these systems are human beings. He brings compassion, grace, and understanding to employment matters that can otherwise feel frightening, impersonal, and isolating. I have not known Kyle for a long time, but character reveals itself in patterns, especially under pressure. What I saw was integrity, generosity, sound judgment, humility, and genuine care for another human being during a very very stressful time. Kyle is not simply a good attorney. He is a rare one. And in systems that can be extraordinarily difficult for any person to navigate, we need more professionals ~ and more human beings ~ like him. I am deeply grateful our paths crossed and would recommend him without hesitation.

Great Lawyer and Person!

Kyle will truly put his heart into your case. He will listen and then go through all the fine points and main issues with you to help you decide what kind of claims and case you may have. He will lead you through 99% of everything needed to file a claim and help you begin the process which eases a l...ot of stress. He helped me in my case immensely from beginning to end with success on one of my claims. Please consider Kyle as your attorney, he will fight for you!

EEO - EMPLOYMENT LAW

KYLE was FINALLY that ONE attorney who wasn’t all about taking my money as his first priority. Kyle was very empathetic & thorough when it came to answering each & every one of my questions. KYLE is very honest & forthcoming with information. He is very “no-nonsense” & did not sugar coat th...ings. After having experienced a grueling, more then expensive, unethical experiences with my two former attorneys on the same case matters…. I FINALLY found KYLE INGRAM! Look no more. He’s YOUR guy! A+++++

Worse time to being saved by Kyle

I was at my lowest after leaving a job I loved due to continual and increased harassment and discrimination. I got really bad advise from an EEO counselor which ultimately caused me to not win my case as I sought legal advice to late. I wish I had know Mr Ingram existed sooner before I was at the poi...nt that if I had not got help I would not be here today. He was professional but also a person I felt I could talk to and cry to when those people I had looked at and loved like family had hurt me more then any person deserved. I hope that my case has brought to light some of the problems in the NG as well as Department of Army EEO office. I highly recommend Mr Ingram to anyone needing help fighting against big brother.

The Best Federal Employment Attorney in the DC region!

I was fortunate to be represented by Kyle Ingram. I could not have found a better attorney in the Washington, DC area. He handled my case with empathy and compassion. He was brilliant and responsive, promptly and patiently answering all of my questions and concerns. He educated me on what to expect..., and on the likely outcome of the case, and he was also very fair with his fees. Lastly, he has a solid track record of winning! I really can't recommend him highly enough.
