I approached Edgar because I needed some assistance settling debts from an old business. He was referred from another professional that I had worked with in the past. I did not want to contact my previous business partner directly so I had Edgar act as the intermediary. He successfully negotiated with the creditors and my ex-partner for a resolution that was very amicable to me. The rate charged by McCree Ndjatou was fair for services provided. I would highly recommend Edgar and his firm for legal advice and counsel regarding corporate and employment law matters.
Edgar Ndjatou is a phenomenal attorney! I approached Mr. Ndjatou because after I was unfairly terminated from my job, my former employer presented me with a severance package. I wanted to ensure that my rights were protected and that my former employer did not take advantage of me. Mr. Ndjatou helped me by patiently listening to my concerns while providing concrete and logical action items. As a result, we achieved a favorable outcome in negotiating a severance agreement that was more fair to me. I would recommend Mr. Ndjatou without any reservation because he is hardworking, honest, and trustworthy. I am forever grateful for his services. What I enjoyed about working with Mr. Ndjatou was his professionalism, knowledge, and thoroughness. Having Mr. Ndjatou as my attorney gave me peace of mind throughout a very stressful process.
My firm specializes in employment law. I represent private and federal sector employees and employers in all phases of administrative proceedings and lawsuits involving federal, state, and local employment rights laws including, but not limited to, Title VII, the D.C. Human Rights Act, Maryland anti-discrimination statutes, and Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) claims.
Edgar Ndjatou graduated from American University’s Washington College of Law and since graduating has focused on employment and labor law. He is also a NYC native and a first-generation immigrant from Cameroon. This background is the source of his keen interest in the role that work plays in our societies as well as the effect that employment law has both on employers and employees. Edgar is a Board Member for the Metropolitan Washington Employment Lawyers Association, Open Arms Housing, Inc., and Posse D.C. He serves as a Steering Committee Member for the District of Columbia Bar’s Labor & Employment Law Section and the National Employment Lawyers Association’s Membership Committee.

Jargon-Free Legal Aid!
I hired Edgar Ndjatou to represent me on an unpaid wages matter against my former employer and was incredibly impressed with his professionalism and ability to explain things to me without the legal jargon! With Edgar's help and expertise, I achieved a positive outcome through a settlement of my case without having to go to the court.
Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience, especially since it was the first time I've had to take legal action! Edgar and his associates were always quick to respond to my emails/calls and it was such a relief to have him advocating for me. I look forward to referring Edgar and his firm to my friends and colleagues. Thank you, Edgar and the McCree Ndjatou team!

Employment Lawyer
I approached McCree Ndjatou because I needed representation and review of severance agreement documents provided by my former employer and Mr. Ndjatou came highly recommended from a trusted friend. He handled all negotiations with the company and made sure that I was getting a fair package, even suggesting adding some clauses to the documents I would not have thought of myself. The result was he was able to get me an extremely fair package in a timeline that was much preferable to the one originally proposed by my former employer. One thing I liked in particular was that Mr. Ndjatou took the time to make sure he understood what I wanted for an outcome, and did his best to achieve that result. I found the experience well worth it and was completely satisfied with the result! I would absolutely recommend McCree Ndjatou to anyone in need of an employment lawyer.

Down to earth Lawyer you want on your side!
Edgar Ndjatou assisted me through a federal employment discrimination complaint. Edgar took the time to meet with me prior to filing the complaint, before the mediation hearing, and again the morning of the mediation. He explained exactly what I should expect during the meditation and he spent a good deal of time reviewing my situation at length. Edgar was very familiar with my case by the time the mediation date came around. During the mediation, Edgar stepped in to squash several opinions that the opposition attempted to bring in as fact, but were simply assumptions made by the upper management without supported evidence. Overall, I felt as though Edgar was a true ally and that he fought tooth and nail for me. I am very grateful to him for the positive outcome that was achieved. I would highly recommend Edgar to anyone who is looking for a good lawyer to be on their side who will fight hard for the client. I give Edgar two thumbs up and would give him my return business should I ever need help again.

Smart and silver-tongued!
Edgar was part of the legal team representing me in an employment matter. I know that my lead attorney was appreciative of Edgar’s help, relying on Edgar’s suggestions and finding his input useful. During the times I interacted with Edgar, I have found him to be smart, talented, and silver-tongued. The matter was resolved amicably through mediation.

Hired and fired
I do not recommend this lawyer. In my experience he was unresponsive, untimely and not very empathetic as well. Kept half of escrow even though actual work complete was one very unprofessional written statement. Got a much better lawyer, costs more but, well worth it.
