Robert Stephens Webb III

Robert Webb is the Owner/Founder of Webb Legal, PLLC., where he concentrates his practice in Federal and Private Sector Employment in Austin, TX and Northern Virginia.  He continues to handle business matters in Virginia and the D.C. Metro area As well.

Mr. Webb successfully overturned two decisions before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.  Both decisions were remanded to the Merit Systems Protection Board and eventually resolved in favor of the clients.  This is in addition to a multitude of other victories and settlements in the employment law arena. 

In addition to this, Robert has experience bringing suits on behalf of business owners for breach of contract and various types of civil fraud. He has drafted International Joint Ventures on behalf of startups, reviewed contracts, and negotiated on behalf of businesses, including negotiating non-compete clauses and stock sale agreements.

Robert obtained his Juris Doctorate at the Syracuse University College of Law in New York. After graduating, he honed his litigation skills at at a full service employment and business law firm. Robert engaged in all aspects of litigation, including appearing in Federal District Court in the District of Columbia and the Eastern District of Virginia, defending and taking depositions, engaging in discovery, and drafting summary judgment briefs.

Robert also took part in employment cases involving pre-litigation matters, employment defense, and advising clients on ancillary issues, such as security clearance issues.

Mr. Webb brings an immense amount of experience to the table and strives to provide clients with a personalized legal services experience.

Admitted to Practice: The District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, Texas, the Federal District Courts of Maryland and Virginia, and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
