EEO - EMPLOYMENT LAW

KYLE was FINALLY that ONE attorney who wasn’t all about taking my money as his first priority. Kyle was very empathetic & thorough when it came to answering each & every one of my questions. KYLE is very honest & forthcoming with information. He is very “no-nonsense” & did not sugar coat th...ings. After having experienced a grueling, more then expensive, unethical experiences with my two former attorneys on the same case matters…. I FINALLY found KYLE INGRAM! Look no more. He’s YOUR guy! A+++++

Great Experience, Very Thorough

I have a disability EEO case with my workplace. So far, through consultation, I've spoken to Kyle twice and he is very thorough. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood the strong points of my case and gave me realistic advice/ expectations. He is going to make sure you make the most out o...f your time and money. Also, he is very knowledgeable about EOO complaints and workplace discrimination. Moving forward, I know exactly what I need to do. My case is still in the early stages, so I may not need to retain him, but if I do, I feel good about where my money is going and know I'll have great representation.

KYLE INGRAM - VERY TALENTED ATTORNEY!

A few months ago, I found myself being harassed by Senior Management and ultimately / unfairly being placed on a “Performance Improvement Plan” (PIP) with no merit or substantiating evidence. Side Note: A PIP is just a formality to be used to justify your being terminated from your job. Once you a...re placed on a PIP, your Manager does not have to wait until the end of the PIP to terminate your employment; you can be terminated from your job the day after you are issued the PIP, so time is crucial in the decision that you will need to make Upon contacting Mr. Ingram, he listened to my side of the story and immediately informed my employer that I had retained him as my attorney; this was done within 24 hours which immediately caught the attention of my HR Department and their Legal Counsel. Kyle Ingram kept in close communication with my employer’s HR Department and their Legal Counsel. However, eventually my employer terminated my employment anyway and Mr. Ingram was quickly able to prove “retaliation”. My employer quickly settled with an amount that I am incredibly happy with. I am grateful for Mr. Ingram because although his cases are primarily advocating / fighting for federal government employees, he was confident in taking on my case as an employee in the private sector. I hope that I can put this nightmare and unjust treatment to bed. I would certainly recommend Attorney Kyle Ingram whether you are a Federal Government OR private sector employee; You need a professional attorney that specializes in employee law. Mr. Ingram, I will be forever grateful to you! You were certainly an investment that I am glad that I made!

The Best Federal Employment Attorney in the DC region!

I was fortunate to be represented by Kyle Ingram. I could not have found a better attorney in the Washington, DC area. He handled my case with empathy and compassion. He was brilliant and responsive, promptly and patiently answering all of my questions and concerns. He educated me on what to expect..., and on the likely outcome of the case, and he was also very fair with his fees. Lastly, he has a solid track record of winning! I really can't recommend him highly enough.

Settlement against large federal agency

Kyle worked with me for nearly two years to help resolve a disability discrimination complaint I had against a large federal law enforcement agency I was previously told did not like to settle. Not only was Kyle instrumental in helping me to settle my complaint, but he made the entire process as fin...ancially manageable as possible. A previous firm I had briefly worked with demanded money at every turn and led me to believe the type of settlement Kyle later negotiated would be impossible. I hope I am never again in a position to need the services of a labor attorney, but you can rest assured that if I am Kyle will be the first person I call.
