Great Experience, Very Thorough

I have a disability EEO case with my workplace. So far, through consultation, I've spoken to Kyle twice and he is very thorough. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood the strong points of my case and gave me realistic advice/ expectations. He is going to make sure you make the most out o...f your time and money. Also, he is very knowledgeable about EOO complaints and workplace discrimination. Moving forward, I know exactly what I need to do. My case is still in the early stages, so I may not need to retain him, but if I do, I feel good about where my money is going and know I'll have great representation.

Happy that I retained a highly reputable and very knowledgeable federal employment attorney!

Due to harassment and retaliation I experienced from management officials at the federal agency I worked for, I made the decision to retain a federal employment attorney. Appointments can be made directly through his website by accessing a schedule that details his availability, which was very helpful. It was very easy to schedule days and times to speak with Kyle to discuss any concerns I had regarding my case. Kyle was was very knowledgeable about case law relevant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, which was great since my agency tried to wrongfully terminate me after they refused to fulfill a request for reasonable accommodations.
