I have represented numerous federal employees in actions before the EEOC as well as the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB). My work on behalf of various federal employees has resulted in substantial settlements, including in Hayes v. Napolitano, resulting in a $175,000 settlement and the resignation of senior leadership at Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
