Worse time to being saved by Kyle

I was at my lowest after leaving a job I loved due to continual and increased harassment and discrimination. I got really bad advise from an EEO counselor which ultimately caused me to not win my case as I sought legal advice to late. I wish I had know Mr Ingram existed sooner before I was at the poi...nt that if I had not got help I would not be here today. He was professional but also a person I felt I could talk to and cry to when those people I had looked at and loved like family had hurt me more then any person deserved. I hope that my case has brought to light some of the problems in the NG as well as Department of Army EEO office. I highly recommend Mr Ingram to anyone needing help fighting against big brother.

Settlement against large federal agency

Kyle worked with me for nearly two years to help resolve a disability discrimination complaint I had against a large federal law enforcement agency I was previously told did not like to settle. Not only was Kyle instrumental in helping me to settle my complaint, but he made the entire process as fin...ancially manageable as possible. A previous firm I had briefly worked with demanded money at every turn and led me to believe the type of settlement Kyle later negotiated would be impossible. I hope I am never again in a position to need the services of a labor attorney, but you can rest assured that if I am Kyle will be the first person I call.

A True Professional Who Cares

I conferred with Mr. Ingram regarding a complicated disability discrimination scenario with my employer. Although Mr. Ingram was not retained to represent me (for logistical reasons), I benefitted from his keen and concise insight and feel better-equipped to retain counsel elsewhere as a result of t...he conversation. Mr. Ingram is clearly a hybrid of determined professional and empathetic human being.

Happy that I retained a highly reputable and very knowledgeable federal employment attorney!

Due to harassment and retaliation I experienced from management officials at the federal agency I worked for, I made the decision to retain a federal employment attorney. I did some research for reputable federal employment attorneys and hired Kyle Ingram. I was very satisfied with my decision. H...e has an easy-to-use website that enables potential clients to easily book a free 15-minute consultation. Appointments can be made directly through his website by accessing a schedule that details his availability, which was very helpful. It was very easy to schedule days and times to speak with Kyle to discuss any concerns I had regarding my case. Kyle was was very knowledgeable about case law relevant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, which was great since my agency tried to wrongfully terminate me after they refused to fulfill a request for reasonable accommodations. He submitted a well-researched rebuttal in response to the proposed job termination, and the agency quickly agreed to rescind the proposed job termination and settle my EEO complaint. With Kyle's expertise in EEO and disability issues affecting federal employees, my legal matter was fully resolved. I would highly recommend him to any federal employee seeking an honest and hard-working attorney that provides thorough legal representation, and explores all possible options to resolve legal issues. I had no regrets about hiring Kyle Ingram. He is a highly competent attorney in addressing federal employment matters.

Appreciative new mom

Kyle was absolutely wonderful. I don’t think I can adequately express just how much he helped me in a true time of need. Despite a proven, documented track record of success, I was terminated from a contract position at 37 weeks pregnant. I didn’t have the energy—or the financial means—to hire a ...lawyer for advice on my case. Kyle was the only lawyer to not only give me the time of day, but to actually care about my circumstances and listen to me. He wasn’t just extremely knowledgeable, he was kind—something I really needed at the time. He eased my mind and told me what I needed to know. I wound up not needing legal representation, but if I did I would have hired Kyle without hesitation. I wholeheartedly recommend Kyle to anyone looking for a discrimination/employment/civil rights lawyer.
