I first met Johnathan as opposing counsel on a case during my time at the Office of General Counsel at the USDA and I came away impressed. Johnathan provided invaluable assistance with my federal disability retirement case. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He was calm, and caring, and kind of held my hand through the process of getting my settlement agreement with the federal government in place, and getting my disability r...etirement forms and supporting documents in as well. There were a few things he didn't know, and almost all of them were covered at least in part by P&K's "Federal Employees Survival Guide" - only 1 or 2 things were unanswered that I had to rely on the feds to answer.
