I had a great pleasure working with Mr. Lloyd. He was assigned to my case after the passing of Mr. Joseph Kaplan. He quickly got acquainted with my case and started asking the right questions. I first met Johnathan as opposing counsel on a case during my time at the Office of General Counsel at the USDA and I came away impressed. Despite his young age at the time in 2013, he carried himself extremely well and objected during the deposition when he felt the line of questioning had diverted... into dangerous territory for his client. I took note of his litigation style, which resulted in a settlement for his client, and kept his card in my address book. Interesting enough, when I had my own work issues, I reached out to Passman & Kaplan and specifically requested Johnathan as my attorney.
