Johnathan provided invaluable assistance with my federal disability retirement case. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. There was one day in winter when the office was closed because of the amount of snowfall, and the final settlement agreement was due to be okayed by him and signed by me. He was at home, and was able to get it all done for me on time so we didn't have to rely on the government's "good graces" to forgive the lateness.
