Invaluable assistance

Johnathan provided invaluable assistance with my federal disability retirement case. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He was calm, and caring, and kind of held my hand through the process of getting my settlement agreement with the federal government in place, and getting my disability r...etirement forms and supporting documents in as well. There were a few things he didn't know, and almost all of them were covered at least in part by P&K's "Federal Employees Survival Guide" - only 1 or 2 things were unanswered that I had to rely on the feds to answer. Very happy about that! He was up on my case every time we talked. There was one day in winter when the office was closed because of the amount of snowfall, and the final settlement agreement was due to be okayed by him and signed by me. He was at home, and was able to get it all done for me on time so we didn't have to rely on the government's "good graces" to forgive the lateness. He, and other P&K employees, went above and beyond on that one! And, it is much appreciated. Very happy with Johnathan, his knowledge, expertise, and service.

Medical retirement assistance

I, hired Mr. Lloyd to assist me in my medical retirement application. I am a federal employee, this in itself, makes the process that much more difficult. I, completed the application, to a point, which I was confident, it was correct. I then hired Mr. Lloyd, for assistance in completing the remai...nder of the application. Mr. Lloyd, was very easy to communicate with, he reviewed my application, made some corrections. The remainder of the application, Mr. Lloyd, completed for me. His answers were clear and concise. I felt very confident that my application would pass the review and approval process. Mr. Lloyd was also confident of an approval without a need for an appeal process, which he would represent me, if needed. The entire process was lengthy, but successful. On several occasions, when I spoke to claim reviewers, they all expressed the thoroughness of my packet, was exceptional. So many attorney's to select from, at the beginning. I feel that my husband and I hit a home run, selecting Mr. Lloyd to assist me in my federal medical retirement application.

Disability Retirement

Mr. Lloyd guided me thru the OPM Disability Retirement process and gave excellent advice for supporting my claim using language and wording that would improve my chances. My claim was denied when I applied on my own, but approved on appeal with Mr. Lloyd's counsel.
