About Joshua
Biography
In 2012, I founded a law firm to help people who were being treated unfairly. Since then, we have grown and worked with individuals and businesses on disputes ranging from employment discrimination to police misconduct to disputes between neighbors.
In general, our firm, The Erlich Law Office, pursues discrimination, wage, civil rights, constitutional, and general litigation. We handle matters from intake to conclusion, whether that is settlement, judgment, or another result.
We pride ourselves on full service, happy clients, and hard work. I hope we can help you.

We pursue civil rights claims on behalf any individual with a civil rights or Constitutional claim.
Our busiest practice area, we handle all types of discrimination claims including race and gender.
We have experience with employee benefits claims, from the individual claim appeal to class actions.
Our general employment practice includes FLSA wage claims, severance packages, and many other areas.
