Winning strategy that really worked

I got arrested for aggravated DWI last June. I was convinced that I would forever have a criminal record looming over my head because of the incident. However, thanks to Mr. Cirigliano's strategy of submitting the proper motions to the court and waiting out the prosecution being prepared for trial, my sentence was reduced to a non-misdemeanor inebriated driving traffic violation. The fees and the time during which my license was to be suspended were significantly reduced and I do not have a criminal record today. It is important to hire a good attorney and I would say that Mr. Cirigliano's competency and professionalism make him worth every penny. I can now move on with my life, lesson learned, but not have to suffer all the implications that come with being convicted of a criminal offense thanks, in large part, to the competent legal assistance of Mr. Cirigliano.

Michael E. Cirigliano, began his legal career in 2011 at the Richmond County District Attorney’s Office. While working as a prosecutor, Michael developed his trial skills and learned the intricacies of criminal law and criminal procedure. During his tenure at the District Attorney’s Office, Mr. Cirigliano handled thousands of Driving While Intoxicated prosecutions among other offenses. Michael resigned from the DA’s Office in 2015 and formed his .

Sealed Records CPL 160.59

I had my initial consultation over the phone and followed up with a visit to his office. Michael reviewed all my documents I had in support of my request and thoroughly explained the process to me. Outstanding!

Best lawyer i've had

A great lawyer in your corner

Michael Cirigliano recently defended me in a DWI case. Being arrested for the first time was an unpleasant experience to say the least but Michael made the process much easier to digest. Best decision I ever made

Choosing Mr. Cirigliano was the best decision hands down. I was facing Misdemeanor charges of D.W.I, Reckless Driving, Driving While Ability Impaired, Criminal Possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, and Criminal Possession of weapons in the 4th degree. *USE THE BEST LAWYER - FOR THE BEST OUTCOME

I engaged the services of Attorney Michael Cirigliano to represent my son in a case that involved the possession of marajuana and a controlled substance. Michael handled the case to our complete satisfaction. We only had to make one court appearance. Great firm - Excellent outcome

Michael Cirigliano and his partner, Mike Rosas were a great choice. Their firm was referred by another lawyer who was friends with my brother. Instead of taking the case, that lawyer thought I would be better represented by Mr. Cirigliano. I was very lucky I took his advice. My conviction was dropped down to a violation, which was not easy due to a prior offense. Both lawyers had prior appointments in the District attorney's office and knew their way around. They kept me informed of all the possibilities, but in the end came through with the best outcome I could hope for. I highly recommend his firm and wish them the best.
