I was given a DWI and Reckless driving charge. It was the first time ever that I was in such a situation. I was very distressed when I called Greg. He was very patient and understanding; he calmed me down and explained the entire process. At the same time, he gave a very balanced view of the possible... outcomes. He kept me updated throughout the progress of the case and provided very logical and excellent advice and counsel throughout the process including seeking independent opinion (which helped a lot in the changing the outcome). Mr. Marootian hands down is one of the best lawyers in New Jersey. I was facing a third dwi and was extremely nervous about it. He went over my case with me and answered any of my questions no matter what time of day or night it was via email. I was extremely pleased with my outcome a year later. There is a time in our lives when we make giant mistakes. Getting arrested for a DUI is one them. It is at this point that I've realized I have taken my driving privilege for granted and could have done very serious damage. After the first night of my arrest, i could not sleep, I was frantically r...esearching about DUI and all the consequences and as I delved deeper into the research, I felt even more restless. I came across Greggory's avvo profile and also read everything from his website and knew right away I wanted to call him. I presented him my case, and he even made time to meet in person and get to know more about me. Upon reviewing my case, he was very honest about what the outcome was going to be due to my aggravated situation and I had understood that right from the get go. I am very glad to have relied on his confidence because at the end of the second conference, we achieved the best possible outcome, 3 months suspension, minimum fines and idrc hours. Also, the other summons were dismissed and I am just convicted of the DUI. It was a 4 month ordeal that I wish I did not go through, but it's an important lesson to learn and I impart this on others. During the entire time, Mr. Marootian and his paralegal were extremely responsive whenever I contacted them and answered my questions thoroughly as well as keep me informed of any details pertaining to the case. In addition, he is a very compassionate man and very passionate about delivering his clients the best outcome. Lastly, anyone who reads this and I'm guessing you've been arrested recently and are at my spot from 4 months ago that I describe, don't ever get behind that wheel after drinking. With today's advent of technology and connectivity you can get a ride home (research "Uber," my future extracurricular life will depend on this.), or a place to stay, even if it is expensive. Your towed car as well as taxi, hotel, etc will be nothing compared to all the financial consequences of a DUI.

Absolutely the best lawyer you can find. I was looking into significant fines, penalties, and other consequences. Greg cleared my name and got my charges dismissed. His aptitude and preparedness is beyond words. I generally do not write recommendations, however, I am forced to write this seeing him i...n action. Throughout our process he was very calm composed, but, meticulous. The proof was when he sprung to action I saw his deftness and depth of knowledge with the legal procedures. Even the judge commended his preparedness and approach. It does take money to get a decent lawyer, and I was afraid as most lawyer will take your money and curry favor with the prosecutor, however Greg is NOT one of them. I am writing this review after coming out of the courthouse. While the initial process is a lot of negotiation and I have no experience in handling them and it may seem nothing much is done, however, I can testify from my personal experience that I saw him in action initially negotiating trying to find a compromise keeping me informed all the way, and then finally during trial shredded everything that came against me. Where do I begin? I was pulled over for DUI over the summer. I was a nervous wreck and knew I would get in serious trouble. I started googling lawyers and had three in mind. I called the first two and they seemed great...but then I called Greg. From the minute I spoke to him, he began calming me... down and as I explained my situation, I felt at ease, almost as if a weight was taken off my shoulders!. I decided to hire him and he went to work right away. I was charged with DWI, Refusal, Reckless Driving, and a whole list of other traffic tickets. My case took several months to get a resolution, but he was able to have the breath test removed, and all other charges dropped with just a guilty plea to DWI. Had I not hired him, I was looking at at least 7 months to a year license loss, a ton of points on my license, possible jail time, and an interlock device. Greg was able to reduce all penalties down to a 90 day suspension! Lesson learned the hard way, but it could have been a lot worse. I cannot thank you enough for all of your hard work and effort.
