High Reccomended

Based on the circumstances of my DUI, Greg was able to win the absolute best outcome I could have expected. His representation saved me the considerable cost and embarassment of requing an ignition interlock device and additional time suspended and/or IDRC classes. More than my attorney, Greg is c...ompassionate and understanding of the nightmare that a DUI experiance is to the client.

great attorney!!

when i contacted mr. marootian back in october of 2010,,I was in some serious trouble,,facing a third or subsequent dwi,,mr. marootian worked extremely hard for me,always kept me informed and in contact,is very easy to get in touch with and was always there for me.I am very impressed,, as i have had ...many other lawyers and i would hire mr. marootian over anyone.he was able to get my dwi dismissed when i thought i was doomed..If your looking for a great dwi attorney then this is the guy,,i am very happy that i had greg and nellie marootian working for me,they both made a very stressful situation so much better for me and my family.

Very helpful, understanding and most important good lawyer!

Gregg represented me in a DWI case this year, my first and definitely my last. Getting charged with DWI is a traumatic experience to say the least but both Gregg and his paralegal Nellie knew their stuff and really helped me understand the whole process and made sure I was informed every step of the ...way. I was expecting it to be a quick process but it ended up being drawn out over 9 mos; and the only reason I didn't just plead guilty to get the whole thing over with was Gregg's advice. In my case he was able to get an acquittal on all the major charges including DWI; watching him work was like an episode of Law and Order. In short I knew I was getting his best effort and I wasn't just one of many clients. I don't know if he'll get acquittals on every case but I do know that Gregg definitely puts in his best effort and if anyone can win the case it would be him.

A true DWI expert

I highly recommend Gregg Marootian. He demonstrated an exceptional level of expertise with New Jersey DWI law, and he knew precisely how to deal with the courts. In my case, he established that officers had made several technical errors â€“ small details that other attorneys might have overlooked. ... Mr. Marootian established such a strong defense that the prosecutor concluded he could not win the case, so he dropped the charge. Thanks Gregg!

Peace of mind / Exceptional representation

I was arrested on suspicion of DUI late last year after being involved in a car accident (no other vehicles involved.) This was a first DUI offense and with a high BAC level of .18, I was expecting the mandatory 12 month license suspension, hefty fines and a breathalyzer/ignition interlock device in...stalled in my car based on the factors of my case. This was an extremely stressful time and I decided to hire an attorney. After scanning through reviews, I opted to meet with Greggory Marrotian shortly after my DUI arrest. Mr. Marootian was exceptional from the start. He added clarity to a difficult situation and had a very supportive and understanding demeanor. He immediately identified the issues with my case and his action plan. Throughout the entire process, Mr. Marootian and his team kept in very close contact and were always accessible by phone or by email. A long story short, Mr. Marootian managed to get the high BAC reading of .18 removed from the record. As a result, my penalty was reduced to a 90 day license suspension, a reduced fine and no interlock ignition device installed on my car. My advice: Don't drink and drive! Even with the best attorney on hand, it's still a hassle to endure. But, if you find yourself after having made such a mistake, Mr. Marootian is an exceptional attorney who knows the ins and outs of DUI law and will fight hard for you.
