I am not from NJ and not sure how I got Mr. Marootians name but found nothing but good reviews for him. This turned out to be my experience as well. Mr. Marootian reviewed the evidence in my case, found problems with the evidence and procedures and negotiated a more than favorable outcome with the p...rosecuting attorney. Harsh is an understatement to consequences of a first time DWI offender in New Jersey. Seeking advisement I did my research on lawyers, though I was receiving many advertisements from other firms, I wanted someone who specialized in DWI case. I came across Greggory's profile and found he has been in ...the practice for many years. As a first time DWI offender, I was not only undergoing emotional distress from the embarrassment of my first arrest EVER but also severe stress as I was facing three chargers. As a 22 year old working college student, I feared how the outcome would effect my position at work and jeopardize my future aspirations. Speaking with Greg was a heavy weight lifted off my shoulders. Not only is he knowledgeable and diligent, but he is also very confident and personable. The first time I met him we spoke about the case, but prior to the case details we spoke about my school and goals for my life. The judge then decided that our case had to begin on that first night because he was obviously not too thrilled about Greg’s fearlessness and confidence. My eyes immediately began to shower because I was scared and did not know what to expect, but Greg kept me calm and talked to me about the other things not related to the case to keep my mind off of the situation as we prepared for the hearing. The court was later rescheduled and when we came in for the following hearing he was accompanied by his wife. By the time I got there, he already checked me in and spoke with the prosecutor. As I was engaged in a full conversation with his lovely wife, I completely forgot we were in court and by the time I remembered Greg had everything worked out and the case was finished. The tickets for careless and reckless driving were dismissed, and my sentence was reduced from a possible 7month license loss to a 3 month license loss. Greg made one of the worst experiences of my life, way easier. Not only did I find great comfort and relief in him, but also a sincere man, and an honest friend.

Gregg and his paralegal, Nellie, were just amazing through what could have been just a horrible and traumatic experience. Gregg was thoroughly versed in the mental illness that led to this unfortunate incident, and went out of his way to make sure the judge and prosecutor got the picture, too. As a r...esult, in a state with harsh penalties and mandatory sentencing, several charges were dropped by the prosecutor, and the remaining DUI charge resulted in the absolute minimum penalties from the judge. I could have gone to jail, but now I am home with my family and able to work on my issues. On April 1st 2011, I experienced the unthinkable being arrested for a DUI first offense. I just worked a very long day in NYC, and decided to stop for a couple of drinks to unwind before taking the bus back to my car parked in New Jersey. Then travelling back home to PA, while driving I receive...d a work related phone call and took the call. I was driving perfectly fine traveling going 65 mph in the slow lane on 287 south when a local police spotted me on my cell. I was pulled over for cell phone usage, but during questioning the policeman asked if I had anything to drink, I was very fatigued and replied the truth. He asked me to step out of my car and performed a field test on me. Having not performed as well as expected he asked me to take a breathalizer. I registed the minimum .08 and was arrested. I am a family man with 3 children, this was a very scary and humiliating experience. The next day I searched on the internet for a New Jersey DUI attornety and and read Gregg's testimonials. What I can say in short is every testimonial holds true. As my case dragged out for 5 months, during that period Gregg always made me feel that there was hope of getting the charge reduced. He recommended using an expert witness to review the administering of the breathalizer because I came in at a .08.
