A Competent Professional who Remains Cognizant of Interpersonal Relationships

Mr. Marootian was more helpful than expected. He and his paralegal make a very comforting and knowledgeable duo during the psychologically daunting situation of being charged with a DWI. Not only is he very-well informed of the laws, regulations, and court flow, but on top of his competence he also t...akes the time to get to know you as a person. He sets aside the time to understand who you are as a person. He represents people, not cases. I would recommend Mr. Marootian to anyone.

First (and hopefully) only time hiring a lawyer: best possible experience I could imagine

I found myself in some hot water; I had two cases back-to-back; ive never been in trouble before and didn't know what to do. Never having a lawyer before, I decided to start researching lawyers. I came across Greggory Marootian, and it is the best and wisest choice I made when dealing with this situa...tion. Not to go into specifics, but I was looking at a loss of license between 2-4 years; with Greg's excellent legal counsel and knowledge of his craft, I am only losing my license for 10 months! That's not even a full year! He was terrific in telling me what our best choices were, as well as being able to tell me the facts and why he wants to go in a certain direction. Other than that, he's great to talk to and I told him I would keep in touch as well. Greg and his Paralegal Nellie, were always communicative and very sympathetic. If you are ever in a bind concerning a DUI...first, second, third or any offense....hire Greggory Marootian. It's a no brainer and I am glad I did.

Simply the Best!

Greg is simply the best. I really don't think you will find anyone as knowledge and educated in DUI law in NJ. I was charged twice with a DUI within a short time span in the same town. Both times I had only a couple drinks and thought I was good drive (lesson learned - even one drink is enough!). I... blew under .1 both times but it was still enough to face 3 months suspension. I faced the same judge twice, but Greg successfully got me a 30 day suspension the first time and the second time pointed out irregularities in the officers testimony and performance of the field sobriety tests and successfully defended me to get a Not Guilty verdict. In addition to his professional knowledge and legal skills, Greg also has a good demeanor and friendly personality. I was really nervous the whole time as I travel for work and am dependent on my car, an extended loss of my license would probably have meant a pink slip for me. Greg remained cool the whole time and really helped me through the process. Thanks Greg!

You won't find anyone better than Greggory M. Marootian

The day after my arrest, a Sunday, I was a mess. I tried calling a bunch of law offices, only to be met with answering machines. Then I called Mr. Marootian's office. Mr. Marootian personally answered and talked with me for well over an hour, calming my fears and explaining what was ahead of me. I w...as set to receive a twelve month suspension and all of my fines and tickets were to be doubled - I was pulled over a mile from a church that functions as a part-time preschool, which, even at 2:00AM on a Saturday, counts as an active school. In the end, I received the minimum sentence - a three month suspension and the standard DUI fines - all of the other tickets related to my arrest were thrown out. Greg Marootian is a powerhouse of knowledge and tenacity who is sitting in your corner ready and eager to fight on your behalf. I personally value hard work and knowledge above all else; Mr. Marootian holds these traits. No other DUI lawyer can compare to his amazing knowledge base, careful attention to detail, and rock solid track record.

If he can't no one else can

I was charged with DUI with a high BAC along with other charges. I was looking at severe penalties. I cant describe the mess I found myself in as this was not going to be my first offense if found guilty. When I entrusted Mr Marootian with my case he was quick to detect the flaws in the discovery doc...uments & procedures. He got the DUI dismissed.....no jokes... he got DUI dismissed. A very methodical lawyer who knows what to do when. He doesnt go with one strategy - he goes to fight your case with multiple ideas and adopts the one which is most relevant for that particular day in court. True to his professional ethics he demonstrated how he never compromises on his client's interest. He is backed up by a solid team. I absolutely believe that if he can't get it done no one else can. I can vouch for him...he has given me another chance to live my life and care for the people I love.
