Mr. Marootian

Mr. Marootian is a very knowledgable and respected DWI lawyer within the NJ court system. He does have a casual/friendly demenor which can be seen/heard in his conversations with his clients and the court. He takes the defense of his clients very seriously; I was very impressed with his statements i...n court and how the judge has high respect for him. He can and does analyze the facts of your case quickly and accurately and lets you know your options at your very first meeting. My case involved related charges and he was sucessful in getting those dismissed so that the fines and penalties were at the minimum allowed by law.

Voracious, Determined and Professional

I had the extremely good fortune to hire Mr. Marootian for my DWI case. Although the NJ court system is downright frightening and intimidating to someone that has never been through this circumstance, Mr. Marootian was a complete professional, calming all “fears of the unknown” with knowledge and ex...perience. His calming demeanor was immediately made prevalent during our first meeting, while guiding me throughout the process. He employs a voracious, aggressive and persistent methodology by which he tirelessly pursues every option and avenue available to your case – needless to say, he works very hard for you. My DWI case seemed hopeless (blood case), but having 14 court appearances over a 20 month period, he was there every step of the way and my outcome was a nearly complete vindication of the charges (no points, no record, but NJ needed it’s “two-bits”). All in all, hiring Mr. Marootian facilitated a RARE opportunity to put a very bad situation behind me and now I can live my life again; I don’t think I could have achieved this without his counsel. I was greatful to have him as my lawyer and I definitely recommend Mr. Greggory M. Marootian, Esquire, for any DWI litigation!

Highly Recommended!!

DON'T drink then drive, drink and sleep in your car, drive and drink! But if you do and get caught, Mr. Marootian is your best chance at a fair fight, and a positive outcome. I went into my DUI case with a pessimistic outlook. Greg was confident but realistic. He let me know what was going on and wha...t my options were, very knowledgeable. All I had to do was show up to court, he handled the rest. Anyone who has gone trough this nightmare knows how important a good lawyer is. Couldn't have been happier with the one I chose. Best decision I made. Thanks to you Greg I kept my license, my job, and my life!

A competent and caring lawyer

I was involved in a 3-car accident that was attributed to a DUI charge, which was levied against me. The two cars were parked and the breathalyzer reading was 0.16. An impossible case, you might think. During the 8-month sojourn and many court appearances that ultimately resulted in my acquittal, ...Mr. Marootian displayed an acute knowledge of the law and fierce loyalty. He vehemently rebuffed the prosecutor when the latter wanted to prematurely negotiate a quick outcome. The prosecutor too thought it was a slam dunk case. Mr. Marootian was not only my lawyer but also my counsel during those trying 8 months. He was very responsive - always in court and on time, and answered all my phone calls and emails including during weekends. During the cross-examination, he was very methodical throwing penetrating questions that had the police officer fumbling. In the end, I didn't need for me to testify. Even the judge was impressed. Ultimately, it became an easy decision for the judge.

Highly Satisfied Customer

Gregg was extremely knowledgeable in my case, and although it took a few months to close, he suggested doing it right and it resulted in the most favorable outcome I could have expected. He looked at all the evidence and instead of a possible 7 month suspension plus having a breathalyzer installed i...n my vehicle, the sentence was 3 months suspension. The wait and the long hours he put into my case were well worth it.
