There is a time in our lives when we make giant mistakes. Getting arrested for a DUI is one them. It is at this point that I've realized I have taken my driving privilege for granted and could have done very serious damage. After the first night of my arrest, i could not sleep, I was frantically r...esearching about DUI and all the consequences and as I delved deeper into the research, I felt even more restless. I came across Greggory's avvo profile and also read everything from his website and knew right away I wanted to call him. I presented him my case, and he even made time to meet in person and get to know more about me. Upon reviewing my case, he was very honest about what the outcome was going to be due to my aggravated situation and I had understood that right from the get go. I am very glad to have relied on his confidence because at the end of the second conference, we achieved the best possible outcome, 3 months suspension, minimum fines and idrc hours. Also, the other summons were dismissed and I am just convicted of the DUI. It was a 4 month ordeal that I wish I did not go through, but it's an important lesson to learn and I impart this on others. During the entire time, Mr. Marootian and his paralegal were extremely responsive whenever I contacted them and answered my questions thoroughly as well as keep me informed of any details pertaining to the case. In addition, he is a very compassionate man and very passionate about delivering his clients the best outcome. Even after the hearing, he will make sure you get the necessary information you need to get back on your feet, following your conviction. Lastly, anyone who reads this and I'm guessing you've been arrested recently and are at my spot from 4 months ago that I describe, don't ever get behind that wheel after drinking. With today's advent of technology and connectivity you can get a ride home (research "Uber," my future extracurricular life will depend on this.), or a place to stay, even if it is expensive. Your towed car as well as taxi, hotel, etc will be nothing compared to all the financial consequences of a DUI.

Absolutely the best lawyer you can find. I was looking into significant fines, penalties, and other consequences. Greg cleared my name and got my charges dismissed. His aptitude and preparedness is beyond words. I generally do not write recommendations, however, I am forced to write this seeing him i...n action. Throughout our process he was very calm composed, but, meticulous. The proof was when he sprung to action I saw his deftness and depth of knowledge with the legal procedures. Even the judge commended his preparedness and approach. It does take money to get a decent lawyer, and I was afraid as most lawyer will take your money and curry favor with the prosecutor, however Greg is NOT one of them. While the initial process is a lot of negotiation and I have no experience in handling them and it may seem nothing much is done, however, I can testify from my personal experience that I saw him in action initially negotiating trying to find a compromise keeping me informed all the way, and then finally during trial shredded everything that came against me. I have had two allegations of a DUI in my life, I can say allegation only because of the help of Mr. Marootian. Gregg was extremely knowledgeable in both of my cases, and although it took a few months to close both, he suggested doing it right and it resulted in the most favorable outcome I could ha...ve expected. I hired Mr Marootian to assist me in fighting 3 tickets, one of which being a DWI. From the moment i received them it seemed clear cut that the punishment would be a foregone conclusion and harsh. I decided to take a chance fighting them and after doing research on local attorneys i decided to move f...orward with Greggory due to the many positive reviews he's received. From the first phone call it was clear that I had made the right decision. Greggory is a charming and professional individual who has a passion for his work. We talked over the details of my case, he advised me that I should choose to fight and by the end of the phone call i felt less stress and more confident with my issue being in capable hands. The date of my infraction through my final court date lasted nearly 4 months. During that time, Greggory kept me informed and either he or his receptionist was able to be reached if needed. This time also allowed me a moment to decompress and calm my nerves. Upon meeting Greggory at the courthouse he told me that there was a possibility that we could have my breath reading removed from evidence due to a small loophole he found. Had I not hired Mr Marootian, I would have faced 7 months to 1 year loss of license, i would have had an ignition interlock device (IID) installed on my car, potential jail time, and the cost of all three tickets. Through his work, I had the loss of license reduced to 3 months, 2 out of the 3 tickets dropped, no IID, and the piece of mind that it was finally all over. Greggory is highly knowledgeable in this line of work, he takes what he does very seriously, and is a good, down to earth person all around.
